The girl at the front desk was not very helpful or clear on rental policies. When I asked questions, she became short and annoyed. The gentleman next to her stepped in and was very competent and informative. The young gentleman Nick who hooked the trailer to my truck was also very helpful, friendly, informative, and explained safety rules. The girl at the desk was the only negative part of this rental. Otherwise a good experience. I will go there again if I need a rental in the future.
