“The girl at the front desk was not very helpful or clear on rental policies. When I asked questions, she became short and annoyed. The gentleman next to her stepped in and was very competent and informative. The young gentleman Nick who hooked the trailer to my truck was also very helpful, friendly, informative, and explained safety rules. The girl at the desk was the only negative part of this rental. Otherwise a good experience. I will go there again if I need a rental in the future.”

“Had a last minute need and she was able to help, which I was so happy with. I surely hope I dont need a Uhaul again though because I was very surprised and disappointed in the way they operate originally was going to have to pick up truck in a different city and then go to another location for supplies!!! When moving day arrives no one wants to be stressed and that was ridiculous and very stressful! So the closeby 1 miles away was a prayer answered.”
