This location has terrible customer service. They routinely have only one or two cashiers working at a time while the line backs up through the store. Then the employees will flip up the self check-out screens and block them with baskets so no one can use them. This has become an almost daily occurrence, making checking out in there such a long and tedious process. It might help if the one or two cashiers moved a little bit quicker to make up for the fact that they're refusing to let anyone self check-out but they all move terribly slow as well.

Items are usually stocked well unless it's some TikTok trending item lol. Please pass this message to Jasper the cashier with the cool purple hair! You were so sweet to me at the check out stand and commenting on my makeup choices! I'm sorry I couldn't talk much but I was on the phone with my mom since she had called me while shopping and she didn't hear me tell her to stop talking while I was paying. My attention was spilt but I wasn't trying to ignore you, I just love my mom

Customer service and cash register sucks!!! I was in line with 3 small items when target worker tell me that the cashier that was going to help me was going on a break and I was told it will be awhile for another cashier to help me. So I was told to follow her and go on kiosks which I did. Then this lady told me to go at the back of the line I look and there was 5 customers with full cart of items. Again I told her I only have 3 items and you told me to follow you! She points at the end of the line!! So went ahead and went to another line! While waiting I see the line I left started helping another customer! So I went over there and ask the cashier that I was told he was going on a break! He said I need to take care of this customer! That when I lost it and reminded him I was taken out of his line because of cashier going on a break! I look back and line was long so out of frustration I threw the item on the converter and left!!! This Target has poor customer service and I will not be going back!! I felt stupid leaving the line that could of help me and get out and go on my way!!

This Target used to be decent but now the lines to check out are always ridiculous. The self checkout seems to be closed whenever I come here.

This location is very very dangerous for those with service animals. I live close by and due to health conditions it can be challenging to travel further. I don't think I've ever stepped foot into this store without running into an unruly dangerous animal. My service dog has almost been attackedMULTIPLE time by pets inside the store, and when I confronted staff they did nothing. In the self check-out line this past week a french bulldog on a flexi leash lunged, growled, and barked multiple times at my sd and all the staff just stared not saying anything, a month ago another french bulldog jumped out of a cart and charged me and my sd. Luckily my dog is only 30lbs and I was able to pick her up off the ground or it could have been very very bad. They really do not value of the safety of the disabled or their medically required aids.

This location has become a nightmare in the mornings (when most people come when they want to get their shopping done before the mid-day rush). Be prepared to wait half an hour to check out since they seem to have no problem having a line that bends all the way back to the cosmetic department since they refuse to open up lanes. They're content with just funneling everyone to self check out.. Customer service can use some work too, specifically, Luz, the grouchy, elderly, asian woman who seems to be annoyed at people for breathing the same air as her.. At least pretend like you don't hate the world, and everyone in it when dealing with customers. Not sure when this location became so poorly managed.

Bro they had so much stuff in this store like I could not even count. They had like different types of lotions with different names and stuff and that's just to get started. So much food in the foods section that my eyes were like darting from place to place because I was overwhelmed by all of the food everywhere. Don't know if I'll be able to go back because I could barely handle the first time but who knows maybe I will be stronger.

This tidied, organized, Target in Lathrop is worth a stop for any essentials you may need. It is easily shoppable, has clean bathrooms and pretty quick checkout. There are other small businesses and restaurants around it should you need a quick bite before you shop. The parking is busy but ok. Target run & done here

Still Smaller Target compared to most and usually don't have much in stock. Should have been the first to be upgraded and renovated to "super" status especially since Lathrop is growing with houses continually popping up in River Islands and Stanford Crossing as well as the influx of businesses coming into the City.

Notoriously SLOW for online/pick up orders. Usually have to wait 4 to 6 hours to fill orders when they say it takes 2 hours. Not sure if it's a hiring issue or just pure laziness. Wish I could shop elsewhere but this is the closest Target to my house. This has happened more than enough times. I'm filing a complaint with corporate.

I was there for a mobile order just a little while ago. I had placed the order through the mobile app around about 6:20 pm, I show at 9:40 pm with the order still not fulfilled and I asked how much longer the girl said it's not ready in a *rude* kind of tone. Then she walked away. So I ask her when it will be ready? will it be ready by tonight? She said I don't know. *rudely* then I asked if the mobile order would be fulfilled the next morning she replied probably again *rudely* so I just walked away. I have been to many targets in many states and cities and have never had this issue before. I wish I got the girls name. Hopefully this issue gets resolved asap

I normally shop at this target because is the only store close to me , is very expensive u can get same product at lower prices, but still buy when I don't have time to go further, now they have some new youth working usually they are good today this cashier instead of keep scanning my products she kept talking with another one about what they are going to do after work, like I was not there, and I want to buy a bottle of wine, I am a 50 year woman she ask for mi Id and want it to scan it, I ask why she answers if I don't scan it , just can't buy it so I said ok I don't want it , and she said we'll don't get it them with very bad attitude ,she was so rude , horrible customer service, I didn't make a big deal because I was with my kids but wow target customer service is horrible

I have been shopping here for years but after the pandemic and things opened up it's f***** up it appears that their stuff is slower than snails. I understand businesses are busy on weekends but when you have 6 registers open is there's open and each register has a huge Line it makes you wonder. Well I looked at all of the cashiers with my one item and they were all moving in slow motion it does not take that long to ring items up I have worked in retail And then of course the self serve is full of customers who have no idea what they're doing and can't figure out how to SC an an item and pay for it I guess that's why Amazon is booming
