I ordered a regular coffee, but unfortunately, the employee didn't understand my order. Additionally, I had difficulty understanding who was wearing braces. During this time, the employee was engaged in conversation with a candidate and seemed to be smiling. I asked again about my order and also wanted to reload some money onto my Starbucks app, but the employee simply said "no" without providing any explanation. When I asked why it couldn't be done, she didn't respond. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but it's important for employees to maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards customers. I don't want to leave a negative review, but I felt that the employee's attitude was quite poor.

bro i literally always ask for a CHOCOLATE cookie crumble and they keep saying "mocha cookie crumble" and wont change it into the chocolate one. like okay. they got it wrong

Based on drive thru, as we traveled through and needed a drink. This is a new Starbucks with a nice drive thru. The facility looks quite spacious both with outdoor and indoor seating with plenty of parking. Since it was raining as we drove through, we appreciated the drive thru. Service took a while but we understood since we didn't want to get out of the car to go indoors. Overall, service from taking order to pick up, despite the wait, was friendly. We appreciated the repeat of our order along with the cost. I appreciated the cup of ice water along with our order of latte and tea. If we're in the area again, we'll likely drive through here again.

The employees in the Starbucks care more for speed than accuracy. The modification I asked for my drink was not made correctly but sloppy. Be sure to check your drinks before you leave ?

I was having a really shifty day, but the order taker Justin turned that around. They were so very helpful, and attentive despite the HUGE line to the door, which BTW the crew mowed through impressively quick. I also was happy to see Justin's LGBTQ+ pin. As a part of the alphabet mafia myself, I felt welcomed.Thus isn't even my usual Starbucks! Keep up the good work!:)))

I went here between 8:50 -9am on 11/12/2022 I overheard the lady in front of me tell the girl at the register "smile you make me not want to come over here, it scares me" Once it was my turn I understood why. The girl at the register seemed like she was in a bad mood, when she took my order she was damn near mugging me and looked at me like I'm stupid or something. I understand people have bad days but I'm against taking it out on people who had nothing to do with it. Anyways, she probably needs some type of warning or coaching; she was wearing a little tigger on her apron and had dark hair; don't think she even took my order properly because the girl making my drinks had to ask if whip cream and toppings were okay, props to that girl by the way; she was very sweet and nice.

The employees here are very friendly so hate to complain. The drive thru is great service too. They work hard and try to do their best. I don't really blame them, I assume the issues are above their pay grade.This store is always out of something; ie. straws, cups, and other things. Why can't these shortages be borrowed from another store? I started going to a different store and they're never out as much as this one is so often.Also, the parking is annoying. First thing in the morning, I want to park, pick up my mobile order and go. Instead, every morning I had to park way back and hike to the store to grab my $5 drink because all the employees park in the first set of spots right next to each other. They should park adjacent to the dumpster. Save the first island of spots for customers. Most retail stores have that policy.So, great store, employees, and location just a lack of common sense direction.

As one of our more popular locations here in Lathrop, expect lines at the drive thru but the baristas are always friendly and great at recommending new drinks.
