“I came in for a notary with no appointment and Rikki still took the time to help me. He was supposed to go on his lunch but instead assisted me and the other 20 customers that came walking through the door (and he even took the time to greet them). It’s not often when you see workers truly wanting to help the customers. The store was packed and I know how overwhelming it could get, especially when you’re trying to go on lunch, but he handled it with grace and a smile on his face. I hope his boss reads this and gives him a raise because he is the definition of customer service!”

“So I only went here to purchase my kids spirit wear for school. It was a little hidden away but that's understandable for the spot they need for their business. I did not use them to have my kids logo put on their shirts but I may in the future. Their office was small but stocked with items for all the local rivers island schools. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful and showed us some of the other school approved items we could purchase for the future. When I had called them previously she was prompt to answer the phone and very straight forward and honest with the fact that they were busy and backed up and couldn't guarantee my items to be ready if I brought them in before school started. I appreciated the honesty very much. I am one of those wait until the last minute parents to get school uniforms situated. ‍‍. We will definitely be using their service in the future though for putting school logos on shirts!”
