This was the first place I tried moving from the Bay Area. The first visit was ok but all visits after were all bad. I would call Jake appointment and still wait 30 min to be seen. The lady who did my nails was kinda snarky she was rude with a smile.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly! Made my experience the best. JC did my pedicure and she was amazing! I will definitely be coming back!

Didn't listen to me when I said the stones would fall off. Just told me it's what they do and it would be fine, that they would just put extra super glue. Put several small stones on sideways. Now the sideways stones fell off and the big stars chipped, the very next day. I cant put my hair up without ripping my hair because of the edges of the stones. Charged me extra and never made me away of the extra charges. All because they didnt have the polish I asked for. I could of picked something else. so now I have tl have them redone before an event because they didn't listen to the customer.

I came in as a walk in for a pedicure. I was helped right away. It wasn't very busy at 1pm. I dont know the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she did a good job. I got the Lavender pedi which was $40 and Gel polish which is an extra $15 and they charged me $10 for doing a french tip. Im in love with my toes rt now.

Great job! Loved my French Manicure. I'm always so picky about my health care it's great to see that they go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and enjoying yourself. Taking time off for yourself is great and I highly recommend checking them out.

This was a rush job! This is not coffin shape at all! If you know you have an appointment don't rush and try to squeeze someone in and do a bad job. They have a chart of nail shapes and some still can't shape the nails! It's like wtf is the point of the chart? Why is it so hard to shape nails?

I was True Touch Nails and Spa's first customer of the Vietnamese New Year today. I am compelled to ask God to bless the business for the new year. Holly and Tham were very welcoming. Holly did my mani and Sandy did my pedi. The photo exhibited excellent work. Holly did well as far as the whole massage and cleaning. Overall, I enjoyed the whole experience. I felt relaxed. I felt they listened to what I wanted to be done. And the price was so reasonable. I will go back. Happy New Year, True Touch Nails and Spa Staff!!!

Went there Sunday afternoon got this girl name Amy she's on left second counter when you enter the shop . I ask her nicely to put more color under neat my toe nail she said she already put color there but she didn't cause I can see it ,there's no color .she told me I'm so picky . This is my first & last going there.She's one rude b**** ! She don't know how to treat a customer right.!! She don't deserve a tip but I still gave her a tip. Please don't go to her she don't deserve a client!!!

Very expensive, does not give you full price until they are done ! They do not do a good job at all , they say "35 minute massage and it only was 15 minutes

I have been shopping around for a new nail salon since taking a break from them for a few years. I like that this place was open on a Sunday and took me in without an appointment! From the walk in to getting a pedicure started was less than 10 mins. Lee did a great job! I got exactly what I wanted without having to explain myself multiple times. Overall this place is clean and friendly, with good quality work. They also TAKE CARD! Lots of nail places don't do that anymore I will definitely be back

I have been going here off and on for a few years now and really never have been too impressed with their work.. but today I am beyond disgusted by how badly I got ripped off and to add to insult my nails look like sh!7 ! I had just got a new full set two weeks prior with theM so I go in today and asked for a fill and a pedi. They decided to do my fill while doing my pedi ( bad idea) not only was I not able to relax and enjoy my pedi but I felt like the lady doing my fill was rushing . When she finally was done she asked me to wash my hands so I did I took a good look and my nails were horrible all uneven some flat some curves most nails were not even even in length or width they are lumpy and the tops aren't filed nice and straight either my ombré is horrible! I told the lady I wasn't happy and if she can please even them out and she said no .. it's basically this way because I got a fill not a new set and I can't expect it to look like a new set .. I was just like .. oh ok I mean I never had this issue at other places specially with a first time fill on a set but ok .. so I get up to the register and the owner says 135 !!!! Ibrahi ... I think I literally sh!7 myself when she said this ... so I question her I'm like 135 !?!? For a fill and a $40 mojito pedi ?? And she said YES! I'm charging a full new set cause we had to change the color and file them and make them like a new set cause too many fills ... wait .... What? At this point I'm disgusted by how both women have two completely different stories that both contradict each others statements.. I show her my sh!77y nails and say look at nails and I was just here two weeks ago for a new set ! This is my first fill, she sees the lumps and bumps and starts talking her language to the other lady and she offers to redo my nails ... after two hours of sitting the last thing I want to do is sit for another two hours ! Then she turns and says ok ok I'll give you $5 back at this point my blood pressure and anxiety is rising and I realize I need to go before I regret anything that I might say.. I am truly disappointed and disgusted by how this company has gone down the sh!7 hole and instead of valuing their customers they are ripping them off ... I sat there and watch her insult another customer that has been going up her for 14 years she wanted the lady to get up off her station so she can do someone else's nails since that person was in a hurry .. I'm so glad that lady was like no ! Finish my nails Holly ! Why is that woman more important then me she said .. I totally felt that ladies pain at that moment... I really hope Holly reads this and realizes she's losing good customers and that she shouldn't be ripping people off .. I gave this place two stars cause at least my toes are ok .. to anyone thinking of going here just be careful.. shady AF

I love True Touch Nails! I've been coming here for over 3ys to get gel nails, pedicures, and lash applications. I always see Holly or Lee for my nails and Sandy does the best pedicures! Sky is superb with my lashes! The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and their prices are reasonable.

I have been coming here for 13 years, since I was a kid! even more as an adult working in a professional environment. I tried other salons randomly a few years back and they were all way more expensive for a worse mani-pedi. I absolutely love coming here and won't go anywhere else! holly and Tam are so amazing and really listen to anything you say, they go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable! I always have Ly (Lee) do my nails and they are always exactly what I ask for and most times even better. I highly recommend coming here.
