I would stay away from this place.. I paid the owner/manager Vero. $40 to unlock a device.. I should have followed my gut feeling. When she said to zelle her the money,,, 2nd red flag .. She told me it would take a few days , if not she would reimburse me.. What does she do, she blocks me and of course the phone was not unlocked.. Sad you burn your business for $40 bucks

I got a girl with orange hair, in front of me was a lady with a minimal problem on her phone (Add contacts to WhatsApp) the girl who helped her... Very desperate, then she helped me because my internet was a little slow ...I NEEDED THAT MY NUMBER. He was registered with a Samsung and that was not the case, which he confirmed when I showed him the number on the phone. I know that certain types of jobs are tiring, but if you don't know how to deal with people, there are always more employment options, good day.

Spent the day getting my family on a plan with phones, and have to say Jesus is awesome. We all got what we wanted., and he installed protectors and covers with a smile. Great customer service and only wish more businesses were as good. Job well done Jesus, hope your manager sees this and knows what a great person he has at the Lathrop store.
