Called this company they took forever and overcharged for towing $358 is crazy had to wait over 2 hrs before they got my car

This tow company took my car and charged me $430 just for the tow and my house is just 4 miles away and they even took car parts because my car was running fine and now its not!, i will file a small claim today so they wont be stealing more money from people!!!!! O stars horrible horrible

I am a single mother of 4 and went shopping for a car.Difficult times on my hands but they try their almost best to update being busy n all... very knowledgeable. I keep checking in hopes to find one.
