“Juan really went above and beyond today. He saw that we were having trouble unloading a refrigerator and helped us out . Not only that, he even brought us 4 cold waters . I can't thank him enough for the help. Honestly without him it we might of dropped it . I'm glad I chose this place to store my things . Nice to see places that still care.”

Arielle was so helpful. Best customer support and service I have ever received from any UPS store. I did 2 amazon returns and I thought I was going to be there longer since it was already getting busy and the lines of customers were starting to get long. She helped me buy a box for one of my items and printed out my label. I didn’t know the size of the box I needed and I was going to package the item myself and get back in line afterwards, but she told me to bring the item in from my car and help package it for me. I noticed she helped the customer behind me when I was getting my packages in my car. She has amazing time management. I was out of there in 5 minutes with the help she gave and customers did not wait too long in line.”

“I came in for a notary with no appointment and Rikki still took the time to help me. He was supposed to go on his lunch but instead assisted me and the other 20 customers that came walking through the door (and he even took the time to greet them). It’s not often when you see workers truly wanting to help the customers. The store was packed and I know how overwhelming it could get, especially when you’re trying to go on lunch, but he handled it with grace and a smile on his face. I hope his boss reads this and gives him a raise because he is the definition of customer service!”
