They took 15 months to ship my order and another 8 months to refund me. The order was never lost by a shipping company and my payment processed without issue.
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but these guys deserve one. Rude, slow, unempathetic, and disorganized.
Here's what happened—I couldn't make this up if I tried:
-I ordered some parts for my S5 on 7/29/22. The next day, they sent me a message saying that one of the items was out of stock and they would ship it ASAP.
-Skip 15 months to 10/21/23—I get an email that my part has shipped to a house that I had since moved out of, for the car that I no longer owned. They never sent me an email to let me know that it was still delayed or that they were shipping it.
-On 10/22/23, I requested a refund. They said they would try to recover the package and could only refund me if they could get the package back.
-Two months later, on 12/12/23, I got an email saying my return was accepted.
-Another month later, on 1/10/24, I got an email saying that my refund was approved.
-After not receiving a refund for 4 more months, I contacted them on 5/23/24 again to request my refund.
-On 6/21/24, I received my refund for the part that I was charged for almost two years earlier.
Their customer service agents are rude, short, unhelpful, and unapologetic. Don't spend your money with these guys.

Jonathan and the JHM team were friendly, communicative, and timely. From scheduling to the work, to doing the work, to answering my many questions about the work, Jonathan was personable from our first interaction and explained his next steps along the way.
His customer service was all I could ask for, and his willingness to share his thought process made it easy to trust his knowledge and trust that I was being treated fairly.
I know there are many Euro-oriented shops, but this is the one I've had the best experience at and I would happily recommend them to others.

Warning! This site doesn't import address information from PayPal or check for accuracy! Yes, I messed up and merged my current address with my prior city, thus submitting an order that wasn't going to deliver. Completely my fault. However, maybe I've been spoiled with conveniences like automatic checks for accuracy or how other sites just import address information from PayPal.
Honest recommendation for JHM - add these features to your site! It's got to be a win/win for you and customers. Save time on your end and keep happier customers by reducing these issues (as I can't be the only one to fat finger an address from time to time).
I do vastly appreciate their quick response times over email and how we came to a resolution I agree with.
Just sharing my frustration and a possible solution.

My first time at JHM after hearing good things about them and I just want to thank Jonathan for going out of his way to help me out. I really appreciate his time and kindness to fix the slight issue I had with my car. Their service is exceptional and I would definitely recommend anyone in need of service to those guys over at JHM.

The customer service here has been great. I recently purchased a "new to me" Audi S4 that had a 93 octane tune on from another brand. Since we don't have 93 in AZ I had some questions about flashing over with a JHM 91. I reached out to JHM via chat on their website and Dru was on early in the morning to help me out. He answered all my questions and got me setup with a 91 octane tune.

I would like to give a shout-out to the sales team (Jonathan) for all the help on my crankshaft pulley replacement. I had found my was cracked. I was doing some work on the front of my car (which has there stage 1 supercharger kit b8 s5 4.2)
Called them and they replaced it without any questions. It is really nice to deal with a company that cares about there customers.

I recently had the opportunity to work with JHM on a new catback exhaust for the A6 3.0 C7.5 Platform and could not have anything better to say about my experience. Not only were they communicative and quick to respond to any questions/ concerns, but they really listened to the feedback I had after testing the first version and made the necessary changes to make sure I, and any future customers, were happy.
This is a shop that cares about their customers and the products they put out. If anyone is interested in picking up an exhaust for their car, I would HIGHLY recommend this version. It is the only exhaust I would use on this platform. As many of us may know these supercharged 3.0's can sound pretty awful, well I can confidently say mine doesn't, it sounds GREAT.
If i wasn't so addicted to working on my car on my own, I would 1000% trust JHM to do any repairs that come up. From my many visits to their shop, I've seen tons of cars treated with passion and care as if it was their own.
Thanks for taking care of me and my car guys. If anyone else wants to bring their car in, I highly recommend talking to Jonathan, he will take care of you!

Ordered from them and great communication and awesome products. Doing an s6 v10 build for some extra hp and if they are squeezing power out of that motor unlike no other that should say something in itself.

Ordered a pair of turbos. The lead time was 2-4 weeks.After waiting for 2 months without receiving any update, I sent them an email asking about the status. No answer, of course.After waiting for one more week, I followed up again.Jonathan, the sales person, was stalling and said 1-2 weeks.After a week, I followed up again (since he said 1 or 2 weeks) but I was told I should be more patient."I highlighted that it may be up to two weeks." After wasting another week waiting, I followed up again.Cornered this liar, and basically admitted he has no clue when it will be delivered. He refunded my money without asking me. He is acting like he is doing a favor for me. I paid $1300 for something, waited 3 months patiently and if i dont reach out to them, they wouldn't say a word when it will be shipped. Total sleazeball company, if the owner allows this type of customer service, shame on him.I'll do everything to warn people not to do business with this time waster company.

Service is A1. There's communication and product knowledge between everyone you speak to. My call to have some questions answered (again) but was disconnected by my phone by accident.. they actually called me back instead of having to call them - even though I wasn't even a customer yet. Ended up buying and received shipping confirmation same day. Thanks JHM... I'll review product once received & installed.Audi Downpipes

Just wanted to throw a review out here for JH Motorsport as they definitely deserve this. I have worked at several shopsover the years and been in the scene for a minute. I have only seen one shop like this in the last 30 years that provides this type of service and expertise. I have never trusted ANY shop with my vehicle as I always work on my own stuff. However, after letting JH Motorsport work on our car on a couple different instances now, I can clearly say I would go nowhere else for work on my Audi, this shop is on a whole other level! The crew there is fantastic, the customer communication is excellent and several of their products are made in house and trial and error tested. Ran the 14' "SUPERCHARGED" RS5 from Lathrop,CA to Kansas City after picking it up and not one flaw, you won't find that at your local Audi dealer! Their supercharger kit is AMAZING, not to mention all the other JHM products on my ride. Highly recommend !!!!
