“I've never had issues with this insurance. Everything is usually great. My doctors have all left or passed away. The doctor I currently have at CMC West Ln is a joke. PHONE CALL APPOINTMENTS TO YOUR DOCTOR ARE A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!She was going over my bloodwork and said I have an auto immune disease with zero concern and when I asked her to explain more she said I need to make another appointment. Now I wait 3 weeks for her to explain to me what she could have already explained.”
