Do not come here. This place is terrible. The staff don't know what they're doing and are untrustworthy. They also aren't organized at all. If you have just your W2 you need to file and you want to spend a lot of money getting your taxes done, receive poor customer service, and be disrespected by their staff, this is the place for you. If your tax situation is more than the regular W2, save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else. They messed up my appointments several times, said that I wasn't schedule to meet them and were being rude. I showed them my text messages of all the reminders I got and played the voice messages for them of the reminders. Sure enough they realize it was their staff! They don't even apologize. I dropped off my papers with them to have some work on it. When they had me come in to sign because they supposedly finished my taxes and wanted me to file and pay them, the numbers were way off. I asked them to explain to me and sure enough they didn't even include the other things outside of my W2 stuff in my tax return. They kept saying that it's because I didn't give them the papers they need. The person to manages this branch was blaming me from the other side of the office as if I'm not there and can't hear her. I was upset so I showed them the receipt that they gave to me which is a list of type of tax documents I had dropped off. Again, sure enough they realize it's their fault and don't apologize. They say they'll keep working on it. This drags on for weeks as they keep calling me about things that are in the tax documents I gave them! They kept trying to get me to file with them when things were missing from my tax return and I had to keep pointing it out. Ultimately, I realized they didn't know what they were doing, were untrustworthy so I choose not to file with them and go somewhere else...
