“OMG! Great customer service still exist in today's society. After a 5 hour drive through the night for a promising job interview in Stockton, I was in dire need of a shower. Time was of the essence, and there was only one open shower that had not been cleaned yet. An employee by the name of Alicia informed John, another awesome employee, of the situation and he paused his current task to assist me by cleaning the bathroom in a prompt fashion.
