Spoke to Julie about buying dirt that will compact for horse stalls. Horse stalls need dirt that can completly compact to be flat. She said they have cheap stuff that has rocks mixed in it and clean stuff. I specified it needs to compact and she said it will. Delivery was scheduled today and it was called "sandy loam". It was literally sand. Sand DOES NOT compact. I refused and went to their location where all the staff was great and understanding except for Julie. Apparently she knows better than everyone else including her fellow employees who said it wont compact for my needs. She said she has it in her front yard and it will compact. I said I need dirt not sand and she insisted the sandy loan was dirt. It was my mistake that I was unable to go to the site and check it myself. I trusted that she knew what she was talking about but evidently not. After going back and forth, she refused to give me a full refund. I do not like to leave bad reviews and love small businesses and have shopped here before. I work in customer service myself and this was a very unprofessional act. Again, staff other than her is understanding and great, just watch out for her because all she wants to do is sell. She has absolutely zero knowledge of the product.

We started looking for rock delivery about a year ago. We went to four different places around San Joaquin County. Eden Garden and Supply was the only company who shook our hand when we walked in the door, made us feel welcome, and took the time to hear about our vision. This is a family owned company who prides themselves on customer service.This level of customer service was not experienced at the three other locations.Eden is easy to access, right off Highway 5. Their delivery was inexpensive, and every time they delivered at the beginning of the provided hour-window.We have made three purchases with them over the last year, and if we had any more space to fill, we'd call them again.I would encourage you to give them a try if you are looking for landscaping rock or other materials.

We've had two deliveries from Eden Garden and Landscape Supply and both were so easy! They helped us estimate how much product we needed and were able to deliver right to our driveway! It was fast and friendly and we will use them every time for this kind of need!

Order and pickup is so easy. They even deliver for a small fee-Skip the headache. This is my go to place for landscaping materials. I would highly recommend them. Prices are also decent too. Im a very picky person, so I designed my own front yard:)

We've always come to Eden Garden for our landscaping needs. From blue fines to pea gravel, they always have it. The staff is professional and friendly. Prices are reasonable
