This is honestly the worst French tip manicure I’ve ever received. The nails are uneven in length and shape, the white tips are crooked, lumpy, and inconsistent. Some nails have thick blobs of white while others are barely covered, making the whole set look sloppy and unfinished. It looks like I did them myself at home—definitely not like something I paid a salon for. It’s clear the job was rushed and done with no attention to detail. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable, and now I have to spend more money just to have them fixed somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work.

Charged $50 plus tip and nails lifted 4 days after service. Also it’s shaped horribly. Never seen shaping and filing this bad.

That is what this place is
I called before going, this is a new place where I went for nail art.
The lady was extremely rude
They couldn’t and my nails straight.
When I asked for specification she began to SHOUT ON ME
SAYING - YOU ARE PICKY AND I CANNOT DO UR NAILS.
I was like what ???? Seriously ???
Dumb people .
I go for Nail art regularly and give good amount of tip to whoever does my nails

I moved to River Islands community from San Jose and I used to get my nail art from San Jose, Brokaw road.
The staff at Lathrop amazing nail and spa are rude rough and unprofessional.

Since moving to lathrop, I have been looking for my go-to nail salon and I finally found it! Amazing nails definitely lives up to the name! The owner Tracy, is so kind and professional. All the staff members are nice and they really value doing their work thoroughly and efficiently. Look at AMAZING my builder gel is! And my gel pedicure was heavenly.

First off, the guy answering the phone and greeting you at the door is amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Everyone at this place is welcoming. It was so refreshing to get greeted with smiles from everyone as I walked to the pedi chair. The vibe is very uplifting here. They had a lot of options for the pedi for all price ranges, which is nice. I had an amazing pedi and the girl did not rush it at all. She took her time and was very thorough, meticulous, and gave a great massage. I had a really bad experience at the other nail salon next to subway in the next lot, so I am so happy to find another local spot. Will be my go to spot now for sure!

I called and made an appointment for 2 pedicures yesterday. I walked in today 10 minutes early, all the workers turned and looked at us and said nothing, I said hi we have an appointment for 2 pedicures, and got no response. We sat and waited for 20 minutes and ended up walking out and going to a different salon. Its not that hard to greet your customers and let them know there is a certain wait time.

I went last week for pedicure. I paid $60 but for service was not worth as per paying . Not cleaning nails properly… I will not recommend this place .

I went in to get a pedicure done with my husband. The women came to say that there’s a special pedicure available off of their regular menu and said would cost $80 for both me and my husband. Since we wanted to try something new we asked her to give that to us. Upon completion we were told it was $80 for just one person and overcharged us for surcharge and all that and I ended up paying $180 for a basic pedicure which was not anything out of the world or even luxury for that matter.
Extremely disappointed how they quote wrong prices and then get money out of people.

Manager made sure everything went smoothly during my mother's nail appointment for Mother's Day. Definitely would recommend. Thank you Lathrop nail salon for accommodating and listening to our needs.
