Rude people ! They assume you don’t understand what is being said. And they do not address the problem. The car wash tore off by back window wiper and they refused to discuss it. The manager just walked away. Disrespecting my problem. I will not use their services anymore. If you have a vehicle you care about, do NOT use that car wash. ?

I ever so often come to this location for gas but mainly the car wash and once a year I might need an air pressure fill up. I am disabled and need the assistance sometimes...and today Saturday Oct 21, 2023 at 3:15p none of the employees at this stop was willing to help and told me they cannot touch my car. I looked up where I can get assistance and found gas stations listed, plus previous year they did help me. This review is to refusing to help a person with a disability. I'll go to chevron Manteca or Tracy then!

I'm a regular here, I pull up and they know I'm here for propane, today that was another story. I arrived at approximately 11:06pm to fill on propane since I ran out due to the very cold nights unexpectedly. The team-member said propane was closed. No where on the store does it say propane closes at a certain time. So looks like I'm having a freezing night. Not cool. Lost a regular customer. Propane is a necessity for heat and to deny it to someone is heartless in my opinion. By the way, I was the only person / customer present at the gas station so there was no reason other than him being lazy to not fill me up on propane.

I'm not used to placing a review but I had to place this. I normally come here to get gas, for chips/candy and other stuff. Most of the time, I have a good experience. This time was not a good experience. The Hot Cheetos Bag was $5.19. The Baked Hot Cheetos was $2.99. We bought 2 Hot Cheetos and 3 Baked Hot Cheetos. I understand the price difference isn't that big, but it's how the situation was handled. My sister and I noticed how he scanned the baked Hot Cheetos and it came out to be $2.99. He immediately got rid of it and started to do a quantity of 5 for the normal Hot Cheetos (instead of paying $2.99, I paid for $5.19 for all of my items). I even noticed on the receipt that he did it for all the items. I politely asked him if he can do a price check and he wouldn't want to. And then his coworker came by to also tell us that it was the same price. Their attitude and how they were belittling me was what got me to write this review. I understand if they were having a bad day or whatever was happening, but for them to pretty much scam us, was not okay. Unfortunately, this means I will not be going here no more and remember that this is a lesson for everyone to check your receipts!!!

They always have drinks in stock even the popular ones that are hardly ever in stock at allSurrounding stores and mini Marts. I gladly pass 3 near stores just to go to this place.

So I just came in and I got two drinks well first I was going to get two chocolate bars but their card machine wasn't working for some reason so I went back to my car got change .instead of chocolate bars I got two drinks and I was tasting one as I was tasting one drink the cashier was a older Indian man with gray hair he told me I have to pay every time I take a drink out of a cup just because I was tasting the drink so that was one thing that really kind a got me mad but I just brushed it off then as I was paying I was counting each quarter to give him it was $2.18 I was them placing them on the counter he thought I was throwing them so instead of grabbing them he brushed all the quarters onto me and some of them fell I told him what his problem was and he said just give me the money I just gave him whatever I had to give him I left whatever I had to pay given $2.20 and walked away this experience really gets to me because I'm a local I'veGone to this Chevron many times the people that work there are nice but the new people that they're bringing them are really rude they don't wanna deal with people and I've had a bad experience before so I'm gonna stop going to the Chevron because I felt like I was not respected I felt like I was being watched for no reason I was going to pay for my drink I was gonna pay for everything and when Someone works there they're not supposed to act the way that this man acted he basically threw change at me because he threw my chains at me as I was paying which was really unprofessional so I'm gonna leave this bad review

Went to this gas station to get a car wash . The car wash scratched my brand new car it took the manager 3 days to get back to me. I simply asked them to buff out the scratch . He than told me and I quote " our machine scratches long ways and we have never had a complaint in 4 years " you have never had a complaint yet you know exactly how the machine scratches . Needless today a simple problem wasn't solved on my end and I don't recommend this gas station to anyone .
