This is not necessarily the branch it is Chase corporate. Here is my story, they meaning Chase not me close my account about two years ago I accidentally sent them $192.41 Odd January 3 remind you it's been closed for about two years. I did all the money but nevertheless account was closed. I sent that money through my Apple Pay so I can get credit accidentally, of course, I've called them numerous times not one person knows what I'm talking about. They never received it or they shut it back after the 10th or 15th call I find out they kept it. Do not trust these people remind you the account was closed. By them not me. I would give them zero stars if I could.

A few of the tellers give inaccurate information. I came twice in a week in a half for a new bank card and a withdrawal. The Teller told me to order a card through the app and gave me the wrong steps because my card was actually never ordered after I waited for a week and confirming with customer service. Then i had to go in to make a withdrawal and the Asian male teller tells me I needed 2 forms of ID to take money out since I didn’t have my bank card and the amount was 2400. I asked for him to do two separate transactions and he said no because “it would be too messy”

So, I've tried multiple times to open a business account with Chase. Online -it was approved. Next day it was closed. No explanation. Went to Manteca office. Soonest they could see me was three weeks later. They called Lathrop office, and was told they would be calling me to come in. 3 days later, no call. I walked into Lathrop office, waited, talked to a manager who took my number, and made copies of the paperwork I brought, including the "welcome to chase" letter I received. He said they'd call me the next day. It's been over two weeks. So, opened an account at a local bank, who got it done in a couple of days. I guess Chase is too big to fail, and too big to deal with start ups...

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE CHASE - CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS ARE BEING HACKED If I could give a -5, I would. My account got compromised on the 15th of August, so I went with my son to ask them to add a layer of protection to his account, and my son was told no! So I told the banker that the banker in Milpitas added extra passwords to my account, and I would like the same for my son. Again, no, we can't. I can't do that to your son's account. i told the banker it was done for my account, so he looks up my account and goes well. I see the account is flagged as compromised, and I tell him yes it was. That is why we are here to add extra passwords, and again, we were told NO. My son was told to update his login and password on the app, and he was told that is all that can be done, but don't worry, are secure here at Chase. I said not with my account. I told him five changes were made, and I received no phone call from Chase. I said someone should have called the original number on the account, and I wasn't called. He said you received nothing, and I told him yes. Then I told him none of the emails or phone numbers were verified. The one work email was from 30 years ago. My name was changed back to my married name, and again, Chase didn't bother to call the original number on the account to verify the changes. The banker in away was blaming me for what happened because I have Yahoo and google emails. He really didn't seem to care. I also told him there is a report that Chase was hacked, and I had to show him the report I found So this banker is telling us Chase is secure, but he he refused to add any extra passwords to my sons account. So how the heck can he say they are secure if customers can't add security measures. There so called security measures got my account hacked. Apparently, someone called into Chase customer service and added a verbal password, and it was done by the person trying to steal my account. They did it when I was trying to change things back.

Alec Cavagnaro helped us and went the extra mile. Super nice guy! Made our very short time there a pleasant experience, especially as a college student who doesn't understand banking.

I saw a charge I didn't recognize so I said I didn't along with I still have my card. Chase ended up closing out my card without letting me know or getting my authorization to close it, and not sending me a new card. No call, no email, or text was sent. They just closed it. I had to call in to request a new card. I am so pissed. A bank needs your authorization to put charges from merchants thru. Shouldn't they get your authorization before closing your card down permanently.

Well, at least this branch answered it's phone, once. I asked them if I needed an appointment to open up a business account and they said. They said they would have the business banker call me back before the end of the day. That was 3 days ago and I've been calling back everyday since but now they're not answering.
