I HATE WELLS FARGO. After 37 years of banking. I needed to let others know. Is a terrible experience to deal with their ineptitude. Not necessarily the branches. The issues and dysfunction comes from the higher ups. A friend told me, Wells Fargo lost its way long time ago. Absolutely correct.

I like the bankers, overall, all the personnel. They are very helpful and polite. I've been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years and I feel very comfortable with their services and doing business with them.

Very rude tellers. Never say thank you or ask if there's anything else they can assist with. So glad my company is changing banks.

I have been a WFB customer for almost 50 (that's FIFTY!!!) years and my wife, over 20 years. I avoid this branch but the very few times I have patronized it, I find the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful. Yesterday, I tried to deposit some cash into my wife's account and the teller refused to perform the transaction. She cited that it was to prevent "fraud" and told me all the different ways I can do this myself, such as depositing the cash into my own account and writing her a check, or making an online transfer, etc. She made no effort to assist.

This branch change manager click. Doing pandemic they don't wipe the counter after see a client I mean between customers, I complain last Wednesday to the teller age didn't have a wipes next to her station she went to every single station all box were empty, she end up wipe it with clinic and hand sanitizer!! Wells Fargo keep say c they have a service that come every 2 hours !! This is not enough of someone come though the counter with covid obvious the next person will get it bc they don't sanitizer the it. I don't like this Latino guy that is a floor nana fee now , I need to schedule a time with a banker and he said he will get my IFM n someone will call me on that day .. it wax 10:00 am I didn't got any call for 5 days nothing !!! I end up calling the branch that I regret doing it thus guy was so rude and nose he wants to know to much about my accounts and to much personal information I told him that I only want to talk about it with the banker her went hard on me and very rude. I think his name is Alfredo not sure. Them last Friday another insistent happen I went to bank at 4:30 it was just me in the line , I need to get documents in my safe and the teller regret taking me !! She went to talk to the branch manager that he didn't care until I told him that I was very disappointed with this branch fir the second time . Why they didn't help me on the moment made me wait and wait !!! Terrible services

Wells Fargo really screwed me over and lost a large amount of money. However, Jacqueline Alvarez saved the day and did as much as she possibly could to help me. She worked with me for months to resolve the issue, followed up and found the best route possible to get my money back. She's an amazing asset for this team.

Another terrible and dysfunctional business in Bonair Shopping Center. Line out the door and one bank teller!!!Unbelievable. I'm watching the chatty Kathy teller flirt with the customer right and now she's letting him select lollipops from her basket.

0 stars ! I had the worse "customer service" at this branch, Greenbrae. All I wanted to do was 2 simple tasks! "Ace" kept calling support because he didn't know how to do these tasks..4 calls to support ,30 minutes and total frustration,I LEFT. When I got up to leave he mentioned my Wells Fargo mortgage...as if I would want him to do anything with my mortgage ‼

Today was a nice day... it was a pleasant day, minor rain, then moments of sun, and then downpour.. but it's is a nice day. Well why I am writing this review, is because my day was made even more special, when I visited this bank, Emily greeted me as I walked in and was ready to help me with my transactions, she was kind and patient and preformed to the best of her duties, I can trust this bank because of the service they provide. Very professional and they got me out in a timely fashion. Thank you for your great service

We have NEVER been treated as poorly then as Today at Wells Fargo bank at Bon-Air Shopping Center. My 67 year old husband drove to the bank to simply give an order form for our checkbook but he was told to sit down at a bankers desk. After 10 minutes of not being helped for anything my husband approached the 'greeter' who was engaged in conversation-my husband touched her hand with his index finger and she went ballistic - announcing 'you touched me'-next thing my husband is kicked out of the bank & told not to come back. I drove down to the bank a couple hours later to take in the check order form. The manager of the Bon Air branch literally called officer S. Fahy from Central Marin Authority to usher me out of the bank because I asked her for her side of the story... 25 years we have BEEN customers NO more the folks running the show are deliriously out of control THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE=

The worst. I went in to cash a check that my mom wrote to me and they actually insisted on calling her to confirm that I wasn't cashing a fraudulent check. Inconvenient and humiliating. Rich coming from a bank that's know for defrauding their customers. Yet another reason to not bank here.

I have been a customer of WF for 30 years. The following short story is really a sad commentary on the state of our huge financial institutions. On Friday 4/20/18 I went into the Greenbrae branch of WF and waited to see a bank officer. I instructed the officer to pay off the balance of my car loan by debiting my checking account. The total was just over $10,000. He recorded the transaction as a withdrawal of $10,000 and again as a debit of $10,000. So $20,000 was taken out of my account. Over the weekend I discovered the error. Monday morning I went to the Greenbrae Branch again to get the error corrected. The manager was busy...and remained busy all that day and the next. Another young officer tried to help me. She kept calling me by my last name. "H.....". I finally asked her to call me Mr. H....... I am 70. She was 25. She explained that it would take 48 hours to correct the error. And that any checks that hit the account would be denied and returned NSF. Something that I just could not allow to happen. Seeing no alternative, I was forced to draw money from another bank account to cover any overdrafts. No option. I called the branch Tuesday morning and again asked for the manager. Not available. I called back every hour. No return calls. Finally about 4pm this afternoon the bank called and said their error had been corrected and the money returned to my account! This would have never happened 20 years ago. I am looking for a small bank that will return my calls and treat me with respect. Suggest you do the same....

They refused to refinance me and kept finding excuses not to offer me a market rate. They were good in the early 2000a but started to tank after that. Their governance structure doesn't work. We had fraud there that was poorly responded to. We shifted 3 businesses, our investment and personal accounts to a new bank and are so happy.
