Customer service and friendliness is a good sign of a solid business, this post office has great employees and a positive attitude. They never screw up my mail and always get it there. I run a small business and they saved me many times! Thanks folks

Hmmm... I typically don't like bad reviews. But this time I'm leaving one.. I walked in to ask if they sold any gift bags. Normally when I come in there always a guy there that always super pleasant and nice to deal with. Today, I got some lady, which I don't think I've seen her before. I asked if they sold any gift bags and she did said no we are sold out today and after that she didn't say a word or have a good day etc.. it was a cold "sorry we just sold out today". I usually don't expect much from a post office but why? I mean, I'm hearing such bad reps about the Marin Country Mart that a lot of the workers at a lot of the shops they are becoming snobbish. Seriously, folks you don't need to be like that. Just because you ate servicing "Marin County". I'm here defending how people are in Marin County. And I literally don't like hearing this. Kindness goes a long way with respect. I'm from Chicago and I live in a upscale area and a lot of the boutique shops, cafes etc don't behavior like that. You never know who you will be servicing that could be your boss one day or the entire businesses.

I'm surprising myself by writing a gushing 5-star review for a post office I only went to once.I mean, how can you tell one post office from another in order to even write a 5-star review? I guess my way to determine this would be to ask myself: Would I drive past a bunch of other post offices to go to this one?Answer: I would drive past a bunch of other post offices to go to this one. There's only one other bay area post office so far with this distinction, and that's the one next to the Manor shopping center in Pacifica. What these two post offices have in common is that they are small. Like, tiny small. I feel like this gives the agents a chance to really get to know their communities and their customers. They are not simply churning through long, soul-killing lines of strangers while trying to maintain their sanity...they actually have the time and space to look along the line and recognize their regulars. In the meantime, they feel relaxed enough and empowered to make personal connections with new customers.Which brings me to my experience here. My daughter and I only came to this location because it was close to where we were having dinner, but I would go out of my way and pay a bridge toll to return because our agent was so personable and friendly and went out of her way to connect with us.Then, just as we were finishing up, one of her regulars came in. She called out to her customer by name and quickly predicted what she would need. I could tell that the customer felt appreciated and recognized. Can't beat that boss level of multi-tasking.

I love our little post office in Larkspur and all the warm efficient folks that work there. There is a rumor it might close...please say it isn't so! SAVE THE LARKSPUR POST OFFICE.

I love this post office. The people who work there are really nice and work efficiently. It's not often too crowded, and compared to the San Rafael post office, which I have currently been waiting in line at for 40 mins, it's a dream.

I dint know Anna, but I love Anna! Trying to move my mail from LA to Larkspur has become nightmarish minus the "ish." Anna made sense if things for me and found a wise, roundabout way of doing it legally and more swiftly.

This place has got to be the friendliest neighborhood post office I have ever been to. Everyone has a ready smile, and they take the time to really help you out. They genuinely enjoy a short conversation or two, from the weather outdoors to the latest news. Now compare this place to the "other" USPS in its twin city, and you will understand why this little post office has the bigger personality and heart.

Grace is absolutely amazing!!! The internet is down so they can't take credit card. She offered to pay for my stamp herself with the coins she has so I can mail this timely. I really appreciate her willingness to help and now I need to go back and pay the money back!

Efficient staff with a friendly and caring attitude make every visit to this post office a pleasure. Like many others in town I have a trusty old P.O. Box designed for letters but now days I order many things on line that can't fit into the little box. The management has installed lockers where the larger packages can be accessed 24/7. They leave a locker key inside the little P.O. Box, and you just turn around to the bank of lockers to find the one where your packages are waiting. They are such sweet people, and they make this town a great place to call home

Great group of US Postal officers.
The outlet could use a paint of coat...but it comes back to the good team working here.
