  There are 2 employees. A man and a woman. The man is very irresponsible. Deal with the woman. I had dead moths in my stuff after 5 months of storage. It's a great location. They are super nice. They need an exterminator.

  We had a great experience. The facilities were clean/safe, after 6 months our stuff was still in perfect condition, which is not always the case! The staff was not only responsive and organized, they had a great sense of humor, which I appreciated. I'd reccomend this place to anyone, much better than the city units.

  price hike - less access, not organized - change of policy/management and very terrible customer service. I have been a long term customer - Terrible Experience-Very Disappointed -Stay Away
