Took my tortoise in for a check up and they took a stool sample. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t heard back. Left a few emails too and nothing either. Bad communication.

I'm an instructor of animal Husbandry at a nonprofit working with people with disabilities. We bring our rabbits to Redwood Pet Clinic. The clinic always works with us to get our patients in as soon as possible and of course gets us in ASAP with emergencies. The Staff is professional and courteous and the personnel and professional care we receive from the Veterinarian is absolutely beyond great . Thank you Redwood Pet Clinic!

Dr. Manchester is straightforward and a great partner in our dog's healthcare system. She tells it like it is and we appreciate that. She's also been really sweet our daughter, and at our dogs last visit she giving her one of her parrot's large blue and yellow feathers, which our daughter has cherished ever since. We enjoy going to the Redwood pet clinic and would recommend.

I have been taking my dog to Redwood Pet Clinic to see Dr. Manchester for the past six years. Unfortunately my pet recently had to be euthanized due to a serious medical condition that was causing rapid decline. But the diagnosis and attempts at dealing with that necessity were handled professionally and creatively, as well as with compassion... As had everything else been during those six years under her care. I'm deeply appreciative. And when I find my next dog, I expect to continue with Dr. M. In addition, I have referred to friends to her, and both of them have been equally happy with the care.

Dr. Manchester has taken care of two of my cats. Lucy died in 2021 but received compassionate care when she was failing. She scared the staff to death - a biter- but Dr. Manchester treated her as if she was the best cat ever. My new but not young cat has had some urinary problems and Dr. Manchester has managed to work her into the schedule twice so my cat has had the opportunity to recover. DR. Manchester is so knowledgeable as well as creative when it comes to diagnosing and prescribing treatment. I feel very fortunate that she is my vet!

Dr. Manchester and the staff at Redwood Pet Clinic were incredibly kind and responsive while caring for our beloved cat Tony who faced progressive, severe asthma. Dr. Manchester went above and beyond helping us track down specialized care. We are very grateful.

Dr. Manchester and her staff are OUTSTANDING! Down to earth, easy to ask questions too and offers sound advice not only as a veterinarian, but as a pet owner herself. Only wish that we could clone her so they had better/more hours/days of service. I highly recommend her and her staff!

Dr. Manchester and her staff are knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. The facilities are clean and I feel they really care for my pet, ensuring the animals are comfortable. Dr. Manchester and her staff make the time to answer my questions and help me understand what is going on with my pet. I highly recommend Redwood Pet Clinic!

Our experience with Dr. Manchester over a few visits was that she was rude, gruff, and will walk away without answering your questions - not forget to answer, but walk out while you're speaking. It shocked us how rude she was to her customers! Her staff was fine, but goodness, Dr. Manchester is not someone we could ever recommend. And when we requested our dogs' records be transferred to another vet they just never bothered. Awful, awful place.

They've been very accommodating. Over the years, I've had a few hamsters who became very sick at different times and they always managed to squeeze them in even when they were very busy. This would only happen if it were a true emergency of course. But I felt that they really cared. One of my hamsters even had surgery done here because of a small growth on his tummy. He came home much better.

I have been taking my rescue pup here for almost a year. She has some chronic ear infections, has had an emergency foxtail removal and UTI. They have been incredible for each instance! Dr. Manchester is always so patient with her as she gets nervous at the vet. Would highly recommend to anyone! Prices are reasonable for the area and they can almost always schedule an appointment within a week or two of my call, not to mention took her in the morning she got a foxtail up her nose. Fabulous staff!!

Friendly and professional staff. Even though I was only there for nail and beak care, they were informative about my cockatiel and made suggestions as to how to help keep him healthy. I have taken him there for about a year and always have a positive experience.

I would like to recommend redwood pet clinic looking for a new veterinarian. they are excellent with all their services. I took my dog for spaying and dental services. And my precious is doing just great healing and responding well with the medication. We are very happy with their services because they are people that care about their Services and not looking for your money. All the staff is courteous, friendly and professional when explaining all the bill or instructions with the medication. Of course that I will recommend them to everyone looking for an excellent veterinarian Dr. Manchester and her staff are just absolutely professional and wonderful. Ana de la O
