Great experience! Got in touch with Live people who could help me! Andrew my mechanic was so helpful in explaining my car issues in a way that I who know not much about car issues could understand. Liz got back to me fast and helped me navigate my warranty. Found them online so thanks to everyone spreading the word!

I found Mellow Motors because I was looking for an alternative to the dealer to service my Volvo. They went above and beyond in problem solving an issue with my car battery/computer. They were very communicative and knowledgeable. Great customer service and reasonably priced.

I was a customer of Ric at Mellow Motors for many years and was very happy with the service. I recently returned as my BMW was past its warranty. I had a problem with my w/w device. Andrew explained it to me in a language I could understand and proceeded to fix it. I also asked for a mini inspection & oil change at the last minute & they were very accommodating. Prices were very reasonable. I will probably not go back to Sonnen.

I can’t say enough good things about Nick and Mellow Motors. I’ve been taking my cars there since I was 16 over 40 years ago and they have always been a pleasure to work with, honest, fair and professional. Nick has gone out of his way to be helpful to me and my family and I will never go anywhere else.

Strong communication, timely service and just an overall good feeling with this group. The tech walked me through recommendations and I never got the feeling he was trying to upsell me on doing more than what was needed at this stage. They also expedited a part order from Volvo that solved our sun visor issue. A+ experience on first visit.

The whole team at Mellow Motors are great. Communication about what the car needed was clear, the work was done on time, and communication from the technician was great. The car is purring again. We will be back for regular service and repair for sure!

A really wonderful spot! Nick clearly communicated the issue with my 2005 BMW (after I had already taken it to a different shop in San Francisco and they hadn't solved it). He walked me through the difficulty of the repairs and even encouraged me to do some of them at home. I will definitely be coming back!

Very informative and helpful. Pointed out accurately that required repair could be covered by dealer of the model involved, potentially saving me lots of $. This is beyond normal expectations, and was not done for me by a prior mechanic
