Steven, Sophie and Maryanne are SO knowledgeable, experiencedand professional and are also absolute experts in their taste levels and service. The in-house stock at their Bon Aire store has something brilliant and beautiful for most everyone. They do everything well—from custom designed pieces, to sizing and repairs. It’s so great to have such a gem of a resource in our own Marin neighborhood.

I've never needed to go to a jewelry store in the area before, but had a few extra links on a bracelet I wanted to get taken out so I started looking around online for options. This place had great reviews and I'm not a big review person, but honestly had such a smooth and lovely experience I wanted to give 5 stars! I called ahead of time and they were super lovely on the phone. I drove right over, they took care of it in a matter of maybe 2 minutes and then I was on my way! Can't say enough good things, this place is great!!!

I was so impressed with the level of service and expertise in my recent visit to Johann Paul. I hadn't been there since the store changed owners and didn't know what to expect. I was looking for earrings to replace a pair I'd lost and they were able to locate exactly what I wanted -- only better and for a great price!

Wonderful experience. Bought beautiful gold & diamond pendant with gold chain. One of a kind piece. Steven helped me choose the best gold chain for the pendant and perfect length. Very enjoyable experience.

I had a piece of my grandmother’s jewelry sized. They did a beautiful job of expanding, cleaning and polishing the ring and it was done in half the time they initially estimated. Great service and very friendly.

I was a customer of the previous owners and was always happy working with them. I was pleasantly surprised that the new ownership is excellent. They redesigned my wedding ring and I love it. Stephen was extremely helpful. Have gone in a few more times to choose other items as gifts and they have been very helpful in picking something in the price point I was looking for.
