I purchased a few items last Tuesday and the lady who helped me was very sweet, patient and helpful. So, I decided to go there again a few days later to purchase a bottle of Orpheon and to make an exchange of an item. There were three people, two ladies and a gentleman working there that day. The lady who helped me last Tuesday was not there. The two ladies looked very unfriendly towards me, and completely ignored my existence, but the gentleman was very attentive and understanding about my needs to make an exchange. But, he needed approval from the two ladies for the exchange. The ladies approved the exchange and so, I gladly said thank you to one of the ladies standing in front of me. She did not respond back to me. She even looked at me with unwelcoming gesture. Was it because I was the minority, or what? I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me but decided not to get the Orpheon perfume. I won’t shop there again.

Strolling through Marin Mart with a friend we decided to try some scents and ended up spending a lot of time with Matteo. He asked us what we like in a scent and he nailed it, coming up with so many possibilites. I knew that Diptyque was a quality brand but I had no idea about the scope of options there. If you cannot find something you like here, I would be surprised. And Matteo was so knowledgeable about all of the products. We identified multiple options and left with big smiles on our faces. Lovely candles and gifts for others here as well. We will be back!

Corrynn and her team are top tier. Customer service is 10/10, knowledge of the products and honesty sets her apart. My experience there means this Marin location is my preferred store

My best friend and I took a trip down from Sacramento to visit this location and it was well worth the trip. The shop is beautiful. We were assisted by Bea and she was the sweetest. I did some damage and walked out with four perfumes and a lovely collection of freebies. We will be visiting again!

I went in just to browse and possibly buy. The girl who was working was nice, but not really friendly or welcoming. It felt more like it was an imposition that I walked in. Then two women came in who clearly were more well off than me and she was extra nice to them. I was going to buy a perfume, but decided I'd just order online after the experience.

I was in dire need of new fragrances and the team (especially Charlotte) found all the right scents for me! Incredibly hospitable and enthusiastic about the product. If only O could pronounce the name of the store correctly

Wow I can't say enough good things about this store and location! The store itself is so beautiful but what really made the experience special was the person working there! Charolette was SO kind and welcoming and helped me narrow down which scents I liked best as I had never tried Diptique before. She really made it a joy to be there and sent me home with samples so I could test the products out before committing. I can't wait to go back and pick up some products (they are all incredible, by the way). I don't usually write reviews but Charolette was just that great I had to!

Great customer service and some of the most unique, luxury otherworldly scents/ fragrances / candles. We got fragrances and candles and we are so happy with it all! We have traveled all around the world and these are some of the best scents I’ve ever discovered. Lovely!

Didn't realize that Diptyque had opened a store in the MCM, so I was excited to see this was here! The store is beautiful. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the sweetest girl named Charlotte. She walked us through the store and showed us lots of different products, telling us the story behind its inception and what collection it belonged to. It was such a pleasant experience, one I hadn't had in a retail store for a long time. Definitely come in and shop w/ these girls, they're amazing. And I don't need to sell you on diptyque, the products sell themselves.

Such a great business!!! Management is so professional and helpful. Everyone working there was so kind to us and offered us snacks and beverages. It felt great to support a business that really treats theirs customers with such a high level of respect. We will definitely be coming back. We have visit many of the diptyque stores and this one is top notch in every way!!! Also the engraver is incredible!!
