We lived here for about 10 years, at first it was nice, but after a while it gets bad. They’ve changed management 3 times, the maintenance crew is always changing as well. There is always people fighting. One of the neighbors literally broke this girls window. Our car got stolen once, and another broken into. When someone smokes in their apartment and you have your air on the smell goes through the vents (especially weed). There is usually no parking at night if you were to leave. It was ALWAYS hard to get a hold of someone in the office. Also they have cameras now throughout the park but the office claims they don’t work especially if you go to them that your car was broken into etc, so what’s the point of that? Also the units are built incorrectly, example the stairs at the top are rounded in the corner, it’s not supposed to be that way.

For over two grand a month there should be in unit washer/dryers! There is even a strange empty closet in the units where I greatly suspect they had them at one time but ripped them out in order to force people to use their expensive, small, and dirty laundromat!

My partner and I are now able to call this place our new home & Cristina made the ENTIRE move in process extremely easy & smooth for us. She was so helpful and was always available to answer any questions we had. She was truly such a big help & was always so welcoming. Thank you Cristina!

Woodlands West has been a great place to live. The staff is amazing, friendly and always ready to help. I’ve lived at Woodlands West for almost 2 years. Richard who is a member of the wonderful maintenance team has always been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about any maintenance issues or questions I’ve ever had. Richard is always very kind, patient and gets the job done with great skill.Management and leasing staff Maria, Jose and Stephanie are always quick to responded with so much care and kindness with any of my questions or concerns. They truly are genuine and amazing people who have made this a wonderful place to call home. Woodlands West is one of the very best places to live in the Antelope Valley. Thank you again!

Woodlands west seems to be the place for us. We got a wonderful tour of the residence and all that it comes with with our guide Stephanie Bernal. She was pleasant to walk with and super helpful with all of my questions.

Stephanie Bernal in the front office was great with helping me with the move in process. They even took care of minor maintenance concerns without hesitation after I moved in. I would recommend this place to anyone. You can’t beat the price and atmosphere.
