“Very organized, well staffed and fair pricing. I was completely blown away by the organization at this boot barn. The staff was also so nice and there were people actually around on the floor to assist you if you needed help finding sizing or had questions.”

“The loss and prevention guy in front is a big jerk and has no idea what customer service is. They should say hello welcome to our store. No, instead they jump on female customers for bringing a purse in and telling you that you can't open it inside there store. You feel uncomfortable from the first step inside. Even Ross has better customer service.”
“They always have the same outdated clothes, but they're cheaper than Marshall's and tj max for everything else (baskets, utencils, baby clothes,etc...)”
