Charged us TWICE without notice.
Will be submitting a complaint to the better bussiness beurea and pursue legal actions if necessary. Don’t store your belongings here. We have had our things here for 3 years and there have been 4 price increases for no reason!!!!

I have had a unit for over 5 years here at this location and never once had a problem or issue with my unit or the area. Very safe, affordable and secure. I recommend it to family and friends for all storage needs :) ?

I joined west side storage earlier in the year. And the prices are amazing they have great rates for new Tenants and current tenants. Clean facilities and the staff is great. Don’t hesitate to store here

Easy access. Staff is friendly. No dumpster for trash. Would be nice if trash dumpsters were avaliable but I guess that's the norm. Located right off freeway.

Worst place in town I would not recommend this establishment to anyone they look down on homeless people and a worker by the name of Andrew is very disrespectful never go here this is the worst place in town and management does not care how the public feels Andrew is always right he's a liar and does unscrupulous things in the office they have a worker there by the name of Vanessa she's excellent very helpful and kind but Andrew just took the cake and made my experience at this location hell would never recommend this to anyone in the antelope valley or anywhere else

I recommend that no one goes to this establishment. They have a worker by the name of Andrew that is racist, disrespectful, rude,a liar etc. Due to him lying to his manager they didn't let me get the storage,it's fine because there are more storages in Lancaster anyway. Andrew you are a miserable,bitch ass person and it's not okay to take it out on customer's. I was able to find a 10 by 30 storage unit for 399 so God do work out everything. Don't ever ever ever go to this place
