I just went into this location today to get assistance with requesting a dispute charge against an airline. The woman that ended up helping both my mother and me out was so genuinely empathetic and invested in helping us with our situation. I really wish I could remember what her name was. She was wearing a super cute, pink disney princess mask. Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to ensure that we could get help getting our money back for a few cancelled flights. I really apologize for not getting a chance to learn and remember your name, but I truly thank you for having such a kind spirit and being so understanding of our situation. She mentioned some of her family members were in the same boat with the whole covid airline voucher nonsense. I hope they will also be able to figure their situation out. I look forward to continuing my business at this location and maybe even opening an account myself with them in the future. Keep up the awesome work over there. Your compassion for your customers is what helps make for a successful business.

I went in to get a new bank card after multiple times of trying and not receiving anything. Staff was courteous.... and that's the only good thing I can say about them. They decided to offer sending me my card to my work address in Simi Valley. Received it in 2 days. Why couldn't that happen to my house address? After I got my card my bills had to be paid and realized I couldn't pay anything due to them changing all my information to my work address without my consent. We agreed the card would just be sent, not everything else. How does an organization f*** up that bad. The mess up actually cost me much more money then suppose to. I tried multiple locations and no one can get anything right. Is it the people? The organization? Or the lack of understanding ones needs?

This bank's customer service is desperately needing a good leader. 90% of these employees are unhappy or upset about something. They don't smile and when they do it seems forced. They do not try to find solutions to problems, they just say sorry, can't help. Time to change.

Place is absolutely terrible. Staff showed no respect to me and denied cashing a cashiers check. They cited not taking my Indian membership card to the Chickasaw nation as a second form of ID. Went to the Wells Fargo in the Vons by Marie Kerr and they took it no problem. Horrendous experience here, save yourself and go to another Wells Fargo please.

Overall as a bank, Wellsfargo is just eh. I've had my fair share of problems. This location, inside of Vons grocery store is pretty small. About 5 tellers. The line is located right along an actual store shelf which makes it hard if someone is trying to buy something. Luckily though this place is usually not busy and you can get in and out. There are 2 ATMs also. One issue I have a problem with is bringing my children with me. It never fails that they "inform" me of all the benefits of opening a savings account for them EVERY. TIME. It really does happen each time which becomes annoying. I know they are just doing their job but I wish whatever policy this is would be changed.
