Worst place ever did not do the job that I asked and when told about it I had to pay again for the same problem as before they said they fixed it but a week late the same thing now they want me to pay again so then can figure it out I will not go back and all be careful with these crooks. I went back you gave your word it be fixed and same problem you guys are crooks

Went in with an older civic because my car was having idle issues. I tried troubleshooting the problem myself and could not find what the problem was. There was some confusion when discussing pricing and if their initial fee is applied to the cost of the repair. They were all generally nice, and when they discovered the problem I asked if they could have the mechanic explain to me what I essentially couldn't find myself. They were very polite about it and he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. Can't say I truly understand how pricing works there but what I can say is that it was very worth it for the work and troubleshooting they did. Overall a positive experience.
Update: After their repair my cars stereo system started having issues. I believe it was due to them cutting the battery to run one of the test. I called back to ask if they had done touched the electrical system at all and they were immediately dismissive. I could be wrong that their work influenced the system but I felt slighted a bit that they were that dismissive off the bat. Still did a good job on my car though

The prices are high but they fix your car the same day so that is the best part however they are still cheaper than the dealership for challengers.

Stay Away From Here!They ran diagnostic and were trying to prioritize things that didn't need fixing. I came for one thing and was told many other things that needed to get done. They gave me a price of $973 for "basic" services. Then another employee told me $345 and the original guy I first spoke with said he was wrong and that he didn't include labor and taxes when in fact I asked him clearly if it included that and he did. The original guy I spoke to said it was going to come out to $740+ I instantly knew he was lying and was changing prices, the actual mechanic gave me a fair price but the main original guy kept changing it. He was super aggressive and didn't want to give me my keys. I said I didn't want any services and to give me my keys. Stay away from here!

WAYNE AND DAVE’S AUTOMOTIVE CLAIMED THAT I NEEDED AN ENTIRELY NEW A/C SYSTEM. GALPIN FORD INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND DISCOVERED ALL I NEEDED WAS A $206.98 HOSE + COMPRESSOR $392.95 ($599.95). WAYNE AND DAVE’S AUTOMOTIVE TRIED TO GET ME TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE A/C SYSTEM COSTING $2341.86. ABS SYSTEM REPLACEMENT $1,731.99 WAYNE AND DAVE’S AUTOMOTIVE HAD POSSESSION OF MY MUSTANG FOR SEVERAL DAYS. CONDUCTED AN INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF AN ABS SYSTEM FAILURE IN ANY OF THE INVOICES, INSPECTIONS, CONVERSATIONS OR RECEIPTS. NO MENTION ABOUT THE ABS LIGHT REMAINING ON OR THE TRACTION CONTROL BUTTON NOT WORKING. TOTAL DAMAGES: $1856.99 They damaged my ABS system and they tried to inflate the cost of several repairs. Constantly trying to upscale me. Customer Service sucked... not too friendly. No follow up... I had to keep calling them to get status on my vehicles. Im currently taking them to small claims court to recover the cost of my ABS system.

Stay away - the employees at Wayne & Dave's lie and steal.I took my older car in for an inspection. It was diagnosed with all sorts of costly older-car problems, which I anticipated. The person at the desk who reviewed the findings of the inspection attempted to push very expensive repairs that I did not want, could not afford and did not feel were imminently required for the way I use my car. He also told me I needed new rear shocks which I'd already had replaced last year (heavy duty ones at that).He quoted me ~$960 on the primary repair I wanted done (lower control arms and ball joints). The problem was so bad that my tires had become unevenly worn, so that was the repair I wanted done first. Instead, he tried to prioritize other repairs as if my vehicle belonged to him. I could see if the repair I wanted done was somehow dependent on additional repairs he recommended (like fixing a very slow rear main seal leak), but it wasn't. Nor was it less important than anything else (less expensive, yes, but not less important).He was aggressive, used extremely high pressure and refused to listen to which repairs I wanted done and the order I wanted them done in. He also complained that he wouldn't be able to perform a proper alignment without replacing the upper control arms as well (which was untrue). Finally I just told him that I wasn't going to argue about how I was going to spend my money and demanded him to hand over my key.If all this weren't aggravating enough, someone in the garage rummaged through my car and stole several items. It wasn't even there overnight.Ultimately I took my vehicle over to T&M Automotive which is a half-mile away. They had the repairs done in one day for $140 less than what Wayne and Dave's quoted - alignment, tire rotation and all.I just can't believe how badly I was treated at Wayne & Dave's, lied to and stolen from. I'm so upset. Please do not have your vehicle serviced here.

I took my car in to get the brakes serviced and also have a diagnostic done as my check engine light was on. I was called within 1hr stating the total fixes would cost over 1300$. I was completely shocked as the cost just to fix the front brakes was 610$ plus an additional 140$ for labor alone. I could not believe they were quoting me 750$ for JUST THE BRAKES on a 7yr old car. When I questioned the total they were suddenly able to find some of the parts cheaper bringing the total brake service to 530$. I came here under the impression this was a reputable and honest place to get car service, I was clearly wrong. I chose to take my car with no service completed at Wayne and Dave's and took it too another shop that was honest and fair; I paid 300$ for my brakes in the end.

I took my vehicle here for a diagnostic for the noise i was hearing near my tire. I was told the noise I was hearing was the tire. I was instructed to go to the nearest tire shop for new tires. Tires do not and have never made a grinding metal sound. So, I decided to take my vehicle to a dealership for diagnostic. There, a technician got in the car with me for a test drive to hear the noise themselves. What was found was that the rotor needed to be changed. Not the tire. $70 down the drain and to think I was going to bring my car here for a wheel alignment. I think not. Thanks for nothing.
