I have been trying to return items for 3 weeks, every single time I stop in “the system is down”. This WalMart is so ghetto, everything locked up and systems always down.
Edit: 7-11-24 I tried calling to make sure the systems weren’t down and nobody from ANY department answered.

Still say they need to hire some cashier's and have certain employees grab a chair and sit in the isles that they make every customer ring the darn door bell just to have them open the door and hold or hand you your item that you are purchasing

What a disaster of a store. Almost comical. Just about every item I needed was locked up. $4 items. Spent most my time finding items, then finding a worker to unlock the case and simply hand me the item. Don't accept tap payments.

I would like to start with saying, I gave 1 star but don't think this store is worth 1 star. I was there to purchase something that was locked up. I found the person with the key who was helping someone else. I ask politely, "when you're finished could you help me." She said in a smirk tone, I'm helping him right now. I repeated, "when you're finished." So when she finished letting him go through all the product until he found what he was looking for, I'm thinking it's my turn. She walked away saying, I'm going to the front to D3. This was past the isle where what I needed. D3 was the isle that some other person had ask her to come to AFTER she was finished me and the man she was currently waiting on. She was literally going to help that person next and not me who was next! I argued with her not to pass my isle and give me what I needed because I WAS NEXT! She started badgering me about what I needed and do you know what you want?! Very indignant and embarrassing!
This person with the key is named Angela. So beware, and stand your ground.

This store doesn’t always have everything in stock, but it is also a busy location. The staff is always so helpful.

It's one of the better Walmarts in the area. The deli has consistent quality hot items and there's nothing really bad about anything they have to offer. One of the best hacks is to get your purchases at one of the side counters either in beauty in the back of the store or anywhere else rather than the main at the front because it doesn't seem like they're doing self service anymore unfortunately.

Cool prices on limited items. EVERYTHING else is garbage. (No shade to nice employees!) But most are not helpful or friendly at all. Throw up & condoms were at the front entrance. They treat you like ur a criminal for not waiting in long line to show receipt, return center & electronics always have 1 cashier. You get it.. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO GO ELSEWHERE!!!
