Used to be decent but try and buy tools from this place and it's a nightmare. Everything is in lockup and there's never anyone with a key around. That goes for shirts or work clothes as well. You can't just grab anything.

No One To Unlock Cabinets! I understand the need to lock a lot of items up, what I don't see are people to come and unlock the cabinets! Case in point, a $15 dog collar locked up, I push the button and waited,! And waited! And waited! And waited! After about 1015 minutes, it got to be a matter of seeing how long it would take. About every 5 to 10 minutes, I would push that button, mainly just to see if anyone was ever going to come! 52 minutes later, I started laying on the buzzer! A nasty attitude Karen came up and rudely said 'You only need to push the button Once!' My response, 'I did! Almost an hour ago!' I let her open the cabinet before turning and walking away! Almost an hour to get the cabinet opened? Wow! Walk to the front, 2 cashiers with lines of 20-30 people! Self checkout? Lines past deli counter! It would have been almost 2 hours for 1 item! Went to PetSmart! Collars not locked, grabbed the one I wanted, cashed out by an Actual, Pleasant cashier and out the door in less than 6 minutes! Saving a few Pennie's in Walmart is not worth the hours of your life you will never get back! Shop where they don't make you feel like a thief!!

I was debating on whether to do 2 or 3 stars. They do have a decent selection here and I would say the staff is friendly. But where the problem lies is with their credit card machines. They have the worst credit card machines- you would think they would be up to date with technology being that Walmart is so huge. I had a big purchase to make and no matter what register I used (or whether I used the chip or swiped), it couldn't read my card. I have just a regular Mastercard. Multiple employees got involved and sent me to multiple different registers. It was a waste of time and it was also irritating moving all over the place. I used my Mastercard at Target earlier in the day and I also used it after I left Walmart. I hope they get their machines fixed so it makes it easier for people to shop there!

The T-shirt's are locked up now? First it was deodorant, then alcohol, then lego and now graphic T-shirt's? You can't tell what most of them are the way they are stacked either. Did I really need to hunt for an employee because there is no button, deal with her attitude because I politely interrupted her stocking, and have her walk behind me all the way to the register holding my AC/DC T-shirt? That's as ridiculous as the 20-30 minutes I wait EVERY time that I want to buy alcohol or a Lego set for my son. You are locking up things to protect them but really you are locking them up and people will just go shop elsewhere. That's what I'll be doing from now on.

Convenient but almost always crowded. Good luck if you need any kind of assistance from staff. Absolutely not the associates' fault however. Walmart corp. will stop at nothing to run as few employees during a shift as humanly possible.

Honestly I HATE coming to this store. It's dirty and everything. I mean everything is locked up (chapstick, kids Tylenol, nose Fridas) I only come here if I have to for a quick run. The beef they sell is low fat and good for my dogs dinners. Sometimes I find good deals on the clothes as they have indeed stocked up on better quality clothing however best of luck finding the sizes between 4t5t as they are always sold out.

If I could I'd give zero stars. People should start calling corporate daily on this walmart, every single time I come here the produce is completely dead, all of it. I used to buy produce at Walmart because of how cheap it was, but now the quality has caught upWith the price, take a look at the tomatoes in this picture, all rotting and causing the others around them to rot. Even the produce we bought that looked fine on the outside was no good once we cut into it. Hopefully walmart does something about this, otherwise I'll continue going to Vallarta for Produce.

6-21-2022 44665 Valley Central Way, Lancaster, CA 93536Supervisor: VANESSA i made a purchase of a $88 dollar breadmaker which you can see in the photos is in my cart and im exiting the store after paying for my item. i was stopped by Vanessa and asked to see my receipt. i said its back at the self check out booth.(i dont need my receipts as i use a credit card for any returns so its all documented) Vanessa said that "you MUST show me your receipt or your not leaving!" excuse me? so several minutes of going back and forth about me being required to show my receipt and me saying i do not have to and i would like to leave. some more harassing statements by her and me trying to leave as i paid for my items in the cart. Vanessa then stole my breadmaker (physically took the item out of my cart, an item i paid for) and walked back inside the store. so because i paid for the item i was forced under deress to stay and i couldnt leave as they stole my item that i paid for. so i had to wait until they confirmed if i was a thief or an honest customer. needless to say she took the walk of shame back to me and placed the item back into my cart. as you can see in the photos she thought that she caught a thief but realized i was an honest simple customer. DID I GET AN APPOLOGY? an honest employee a respectable employee an employee representing a corporation in good light would have appologized for all the drama that she imposed... but no she took her failure personally and didnt have to strength to admit she was wrong. i would have accepted her appology and this yelp review would not be here. the employee's here have no respect for the customers at all. but i guess its Lancaster for you. she even threatened me that she would put my name in the database to ban me from entering any walmart. photos dont lie, look at her smug frown and crossed arms. lol she made herself mad.

Stay away from the order pick up service at this store. They give zero f**** about you or your time. This morning, I wasted almost 2 hours, for some pea brained heifer inside the pick up center to tell me to basically go f*** myself. Luckily I recorded the call and her attitude. Customer service told me the store has to handle it, the lazy heifer told me that customer service had to handle it. Then they will submit it to the back for research. You have my order, you told me as much, get off your wide a** and go pick the items. Its pretty simple. Customer service said the same thing, they could see the order pending, why not go get it, since its already 2 hours late, whats the problem? You already charged me for it, why make it difficult, if you're too lazy to work, just say that. Meanwhile, I'm sitting here waiting. Walmart, do better, while you're at it, pay me for my wasted time.

I drove all the way here while I'm ill from diarrheaing for four days straight. Five mins before closing this lady told me we're closed already and people are still shopping. I've shopped at Walmart five mins before 11pm before a couple times already. I just wanted styrofoam cups as I have no cups for my meds. ONLY JUST CUPS people were still shopping and checking out mind you. The lady kept arguing with me and then her friend chirped up to tell me we're closed. And I got so pissed off as I don't have much energy to go anywhere else. If you close 11pm cool good. But it would be nice not to be forced out before then as it isn't 11pm and it is unfair for people who waste gas to come here to be turned away.

Be careful giving any information to the ladies in the pharmacy. They're asking for too much personal information. They've requested my full social security DOB and address. Sounds fishy. Be cautious with the LADIES AT THE PHARMACY!!!

One thing about Walmart is that you can't expect amazing customer service on the floor. As a billion-dollar company, Walmart doesn't invest in having quality staff and you can tell by the interactions you have with the floor staff. We recently visited this Walmart and needed to get an item that was locked up in glass cages. We understand why they keep things locked up because of theft, but if they do that, they should make it more easily for us to contact a staff member to assist with unlocking the item. It was frustrating finding someone to help us out. We rang the button on the cabinet, and the girl came but quickly skip our section to help someone else. Another person cruise through but he didn't have access to unlock shelf and told us to ring the button. Took about 7 minutes or more for the staff to come assist us, and when she does-- she looks a tad annoyed and didn't look like she wanted to help us. It was off-putting but what I expect from Walmart. The only staff that we had a positive interaction with was the cashier who was patience when my friend's card didn't go through. Very understanding and not rushing us at all.

Walmart Vision Center review. OMG! Oversold, overpriced and does not do what Kevin, current Dept manager, guaranteed!! $538.00 for a pair of Transitional tint glasses that do not darken! My prescription is not that difficult, basic progressive, but I wanted the Transitional tint so I don't have to get a second pair as sunglasses, easy right? Not if you go to Kevin! Kevin asked if I wanted the light, medium or the best transitional? First he quoted $375.00. I said 'not bad, I'll take it!' Go to register and suddenly the $375.00 is $538.00. Kevin apologies, 'I forgot the price increase, but you want the best tint, correct?' Ok. 7-10 days. I get a call that they are ready and I go in. A few adjustments (which should have been a few more) and I asked Kevin why the lenses are not getting darker? The lights in here! Wait till you are in the sun, I was told. As fast as he came back with the answer, I should have known it was a rehearsed lie! The GREAT TINT turned a pale yellow! Now, i am going to take these back, go someplace else and order again! Do yourself a favor, need glasses? Go Anywhere but here!! Someplace where the employees and manager's wages do not depend on sales!
