When dealing with the pharmacy you REALLY have to exert your rights!! I had several leftover prescriptions that had accumulated over time, and the clerk said there were none. So I went on the automated system, found a refill, and submitted it. She said it didn't matter that I had refills, she was still going to hold my Rx. I'm extremely sick, my psychiatrist can't see me when I'm sick, so now I'm at home sick with no meds. Extremely unprofessional. Go ANYWHERE but this Walgreens!!!

A woman in her 40s or older with dark hair greeted me and gave me my order. Since she doesn't wear a nametag, I don't know her namewhen she gave me the order . I said I don't take the bag. And as always when I pick up the item when I don't pick up the bag, I get a full refund. But she told me if I take the bag or not, it won't be refunded because the bag is free.I asked her again and she sure did. I don't want to argue with her either. So I grabbed my stuff and went to the car. But when I went to the car, there was no receipt in my bag, so I went back to ask for the invoice of the order. But she said no receipt. I said I just went to pick up another walgreen order at 2840 W avenue L and the staff gave me the receipt. Then she said that the order had an invoice and this one didn'tMy family and I have purchased online from walgreen many times and every time I go to pick up the item, there is a receipt. but she said my order has no invoice.so I'm very upset with this employee's behavior. There are 2 problems here1. i don't want to take the bag and want to refund she lied that the bag is free so if i don't take the bag that's fine2. same day same item and different location but said me as order without invoice. This isn't the first time I've gone to pick up my order. I always have the receipt before but she says she doesn't have one.I want to reflect on the lies of this female employee. all the staff before i met were friendly and supportive so i always love walgreen but this woman has a bad influence on my perception

Got woken up by my son who had a fever, had a minute to spare (so she said, I believe it was already 10) when I arrived. The manager I believe her name is Marci allowed me in. I really appreciate the compassion. Thank you very much.Sincerely,A tired mom

There is always someone asking if you need anything and it's never to busy....great coupons and markdowns. A little pricy with there trash bags and frozen section. Their hygiene has gone way up but if your a coupon clipper it's still worth it

If you want to have a great pharmacist who truly cares about you and your family, then this Walgreens is the place to go. Audrey goes out of her way to advocate with doctors' offices and our insurance company. She has literally spent hours working through red tape. Audrey is the best pharmacist we have ever had, and I highly recommend her to you.

Went for covid vaccination for my 5 year old,the Pharmacist a woman who helped me at the counter was bit unfriendly and rude. The person who gave the shot was in rush and didn't even talk about any side effects , I had to ask her ,nor she asked to sit for 15 mins after the vaccination. I prefer county run vaccination clinic at Oasis more organized and better staff.

The person who's (she) working at evening shift She give me look very angry and aggressive ask for help . If you don't want to help just send someone else or control your anger When I bought my stuff I walked away she was saying have a good night I don't want to talk with her about anything I don't know what else she would say next

I believe the girl who helped us was named grace. She was so sweet and took her time with us. She is always so helpful. Today they didn't have the antibiotics so she called around and found me a Walgreens that did. She didn't need to take her time to do this but her kindness really made my day so much better. I'm truly thankful for her!
