It's Christmas and I had to do last minute shopping unfortunately nothing was open until I went to Vons on L .. I got everything I needed and some ! I was definitely satisfied ! The cashier helping me was also very helpful and sweet , overall I was happy !

Recently purchased hydrangeas from them for my mom's birthday. They died 2 days later. Went today to get replacements and the florist Barbara helped me with everything. She was such an amazing employee. Knowledgeable, patient, gave great recommendations. She made everything not only right, she exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend her! Beautifully and skillfully crafted a new arrangement for my Mom. I'm delighted to bring this to my Mom and am very grateful for Barbara's help. Thank you very much! Happy holidays ?

I usually go to the Vons on rancho vista. Thought I'd try this on out because I was on this side of town. The store is really nice & well organized but the staff is rude. I went through the line & not the cashier or the girl bagging my groceries said a single word to me. It was weird to say the least

Oh my goodness thank you Debbie and Luis!! Ok so I went to Vons Friday 9/15/2023 for a few items and their Friday $5 specials. (I thought I was old enough to hit the self check out lines but nope) I left several items behind. Unfortunately I didn't notice until Sunday night. So I thought nah they're not gonna believe I didn't notice till Monday!!! Oh my goodness!! When I called Debbie answered and said just come in and get the stuff you left! because nobody turned it in or anything. NO WAY!! SERIOUSLY!! She said yes the managers want to make the customers happy. And they certainly did! So I went in there and Luis said just go ahead and get your stuff no worries! I couldn't believe it!! This was totally over the top for me!! Debbie and Luis you are my heroes!! I will be a lifetime shopper!! Even tho Luis is a NINERS FAN and I'm RAIDERS (mortal enemies) you guys are the best thanks from a strawberry shortcake fiend YOU GUYS SAVED THE DAY

This is a nice Vons store location near where my mom lives part time. We stopped in here last week to grab some food for a Barbque. Nice store and clean with a great produce area. Nice people and ok customer service. All the food is fresh with a good deli area. They always have things on sale. Vons is always my superstore sometimes.

I shop with Von's quite often. They are fairly close to where I live. I love that they have my bank (Wells Fargo, in the store. Very convenient. Prices are very high, but that is now true at most grocery stores. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful and there is always someone available to help me wheel out my groceries and put them in my trunk. I probably do 75 percent of my grocery shopping at Von's.

Vons is a hit / miss type spot for me. Randomly needed some Diet Dr pepper. They were sold out. Also needed a disposable table cloth (agreed, not totally expecting it) but they had 2 color options.It is still our daily go to for items Costco doesn't have or we need a smaller amount.Staff is friendly for the most part

Pricey but its nice to know they always have a huge selection of everything and the dates aren't gonna be bad on items. The app makes a big discount difference in my shopping bill as well it just takes some time to get setup and clip the coupons and add them to your list everytime you go shopping but its worth it in the end. I just don't always like the attitudes of the employees here; some of them can be very rude and need to work on sutomer service skills as well patience for customer inquiry's.
