Ive had my ups and downs with this beauty supply store buh I will say that the sales associates attitudes and customer service has improved so much! I cant speak on the stylists or owner buh those ladies behind the counter have been eatinggg especially Kia. She is super helpful and really nice and every time I go in the store I hope she’s there

So I Love the beauty supply the people there are great, HOWEVER the stylist in the back rah rah or whatever his name is was about to give me TRACTION ALOPECIA AKA NO EDGES let me explain !! Honey I went in to have him pre part my hair so I can put some box braids in myself . parting on myself is not my strong suit , so he charges me 65 for medium small braids I gave him a 5$ tip(wish I hadn’t )! But anyways he parting my hair and rubber banding it as he goes but he’s putting the rubber band waaaaaaayyyyy too right . I basically had to go home and redo them . I mean way to damn heavy handed so I suggest either you don’t give your hair done by him or if you have too tell him not do it so tight. Sorry not sorry.

I booked an appointment for 10am with Lannel. She never followed up with me. I texted her the morning of the appointment asking about her braiding hair preference. She then texted me saying she actually had to cancel because of an appointment and could do it at 5pm that day or the The following day. Tuesday was my only day off so the next day wouldn’t work. To make it short. We agreed upon 5pm same day. She even texted me at 430 saying she was ready for me. I got there at 4:57 and she was as barely starting another head. My appointment was at 5 and she said she was ready for me. I sat there for 20 mins and she still wasn’t half way down. whole experience was unorganized and has left me without my hair done. I won’t be returning. I only send this in hopes that the owner/ managers will come up with a better system. My time/money was not valued. I wasted gas driving there. She only accepted cash so again wasted my gas going to an ATM. All for nothing. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the situation.

A big variety of hair products to choose from. A nice selection of hair products. Something for everyone. Their salon offers braiding to hair installation. Staff and owner are very friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Prices vary depending on what you're getting ready to purchase. Will recommend this beauty supply business to friends and family.

This is a horrible business in every way imaginable, but I'm giving them two stars instead of the one star they deserve because the girl who answered the phone today with an attitude made me look somewhere else for the gel that I needed and I found it somewhere else much cheaper !The store is extremely disorganized with stuff laying around the floor and employees with attitudes who don't want to help you, they just stand around talking to each other. Beware!!! Cheap products and overpriced wigs that are defected. She used a cardboard box to state no refunds or exchanges. Not worth it and besides she is definitely unprofessional

The hair dressers should probably wait until the customers kids are out the store before they start talking bad smh funny thing is I was still gonna pay the girl for having her come and having to reschedule cause once I’m giving a price that’s what I expect to pay but seeing as how my children told me how badly these hairdressers spoke about me I’m good on the whole Store that’s just so ghetto just ugh lost all respect for the place had plenty of money to spend too bad vibes won’t be back and will certainly speak to my peers about my experience
