Don't trust these guys they'll do anything to make a sale including lying straight to your face I wanted to get the new home internet they offer because of a promo where you can get a free Xbox but you can only do that online this guy lied to me and said I could do it in store sace your self a trip and the hassle just do everything directly through the Verizon app

My family and I went to Verizon last night to switch over from T-Mobile. I must admit I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a phone company. The atmosphere was very welcoming, Javier was extremely kind and knowledgeable he got us a great deal. He was extremely patient with us. We also got assisted by his manager who was very kind as well. My family and I thank you both so much for the experience we had and the laughter.I would definitely recommend asking for Javier when you go in!

I just went to Verizon store in lancaster off 10th st and instead of reps helping me they are all hanging out in the back room and there Is only one lady helping a couple. Terrible customer service at this store

After my old phone died from being submerged in water I needed to get a new phone. Heather was so kind and courteous, She helped Me Contact Verizon pre-paid, and She helped Me with the set-up and app restore. Heather is an asset to Verizon!

Avoid this place because they don't offer customer service, they will not answer any inquiries over phone. I've tried for almost four weeks. Considering termination within month return policy.

My husband and I are looking for upgrade our phones, so we went into this store to checkout the new phone. As soon as we walked in a rep asked what we needed and we explained, as we were explaining he was looking elsewhere and then said well if you need anything let us know. The store had about 5 to 6 reps. No one else offered assistance. When we asked if we can handle, take a look at phone, they said we couldn't. They were all gossiping about customer. I've been a Verizon customer for more tha. 20 years . We are so disappointed with Verizon c stores and their customers service. These representatives were more concerned about gossiping outloud about people paying bills for others who are in prison than helping customers.

I recently upgraded all 3 lines and added 1 more line…. One of the best experiences; Zeek helped out and everyone there was super informative. customer center service …. Not sure why so many people had negative experiences but for me and my co worker, it’s a great store, good inventory and always running deals. This is the place to take care of all your verizon needs. Thanks everyone!! Cheers!!
