I'm not in the construction industry, but I've used their repair services for many years. I always manage to have some electrical beast that confuses other repair people. Their repair guy, Elvis, quietly works in the back, performing small miracles. He is a rare soul who is experienced, creative, and determined. The shop is clean and bright, the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The turn around time is prompt. The prices are fair. This business cares about their customers and takes pride in their work.

excellent service. husband took a Spectre laser in for repair. was informed it would would take a couple weeks for a status. was called the next day for pick up. honest and professional service. it only needed new batteries. what a refreshing experience. thank you.
