This review IS not for the innocent hard working mail worker but is intended to warn anybody who steals someone's package and think that it is no big deal. IT IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE FOR ANYONE TO TAMPER WITH ANYONE'S MAIL AND ONE MAY BE FACING SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES IF CAUGHT!! AND, YOU WILL BE CAUGHT EVENTUALLY! So then, do yourself a favor and return the package to either the post office or to the person who was suppose to receive it. : )

I’ve never had so many issues with USPS as I have since moving to this area. The post office is unable to deliver oversized packages since the mail man uses his own vehicle. Most recently, I used the hold mail service while I was out of town. Mail man was supposed to deliver all accumulated mail. Not only has he not done that, but the two packages scheduled for the day AFTER hold service ended have not been delivered - and I received emails saying they were being held at the post office “by customer request” (!!!) I live 30 mins from my post office. It is also not near any of the places I regularly go to. It is totally inconvenient to pick anything up there and I would never have had my mail held if it wasn’t going to be delivered to my address when I got home. Oh, and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone at these Lancaster locations.

is ZERO STARS allowed ... Louis DeJoy must love this branch - this Lancaster USPS office is incompetent, lazy, corrupt, often losing mail, refusing to deliver often 'tried delivery' UNTRUE, no show on cameras; 'item too large' or 'unsafe location' none of which were true either. need to pickup at their 'annex' 50/50 chance after long line / wait if they can locate it. SHEESH.

I have called five times regarding the same thing. My ADU that I built was approved by the city for a new address, that form was submitted to USPS. It has already been approved. I am simply attempting to inquire of the location of The designated mailbox and pick up a key.
I have gone there two times, I have spoken to a representative on the phone four times now. All six times combined, I was told that Raz Manager would be calling me back within 24 hours and letting me know the information I’m inquiring about.
I have yet to received any call back

My package was not delivered, the delivery individual updated the details stating they attempted to deliver but package did not fit in the mailbox, this person also stated they left a note at my door. The package was never attempted to be delivered to my home, which I live directly across from the mailbox, of course it was not going to fit in the mailbox it is a large box with a height of 72”, this person also never left a note not at my home or my mailbox. What’s worse is that you call the facility to try to get help, and so it doesn’t get better, clearly shows the careless environment they promote there! Now I have to go pick it up to avoid any further issues and delays. I pay to have it shipped yet the post office delivery individual can’t do their job right!

Haven’t had an issue with the place specifically, my issue is with the post guy. Unprofessional and bare minimum service. Twice he stated that there was no access to the property and couldn’t drop off my package. Flat out lie. He was able to drop off my regular mail, but not the package that day? Also just today I had dropped my keys by the front door when I stepped in. He came to deliver mail and just stepped over them and moved on. Precious post guy and even the people that cover for him would knock or notify us something was wrong or if we left something out. This guy shouldn’t be working as a post guy.

Third time they could not deliver my package they say its oversized and they say customer request to pickup and that I did not request that and they will not say where is your package being held.

I never write reviews but This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. They walk around lost trying to find your package and don’t keep the mailing in alphabetical order I’m guessing if you’re walking around the whole wear house looking for your package. Every single person that was getting helped seemed to have the same issue.

Held my CERTIFIED MAIL for three weeks, no notice to me. And when I file a tracking, Greg Luna calls me from this PO and leaves a voicemail with a phone number that doesn't answer. He wants to know, do I want it delivered or pick it up? What do you think? What a waste of the hours of my life. Deliver the fricking mail!

The workers that works here in my eyes are racist and low vibrational beings. This location don’t deserve a single rating or star! They are terrible!
