Bad, bank policies are lengthy and one-sided, refuse to make an $18. concession to save an account worth thousands!

I have been coming here to either use the ATM or over the counter transactions. For those times, I am amazed how quickly I accomplished what I came for. This location is not busy which I like. No lines or anything like circling to find a parking. Recommended. Bank tellers are accommodating and courteous.

I went in to ask questions and Andre Redmond was excellent in answering all of my questions and giving me other information I didn't even know I would need if I were opening a new account there! I appreciate how friendly the teller was who told me told me she would get the right person to talk to me, and to Andre!

Eric Vega, Branch Manager, was totally fabulous today with all the effort in helping us. We appreciated his time, clear instructions, and attention to detail. Another great US Bank experience, so a big Thank You to Eric!

I shouldn't be surprised at all the other bad reviews. I had a terrible experience here with Eric Vega (branch manager). I went in with my Deaf mother (unable to hear) to internet while she asked some questions. She was curious as to how much cash she would be able to withdrawn after her check had cleared later that week. The teller had told her to call Maria the next day, we said no problem and asked what she would be in. The teller then went to ask another manager what his thoughts on it were, he came up and before I could open my mouth just said no, no, and no. Every time I tried to open my mouth to ask what our options would be he snapped back before I could finish a sentence. I think as a bank customer asking what options are available to you is a pretty valid and reasonable question, perhaps US Bank could give their managers some communication training? (Especially as I was trying to interpret this for my mother at the same time). I asked him for his name, and told him I'd just wait to speak to someone else another time. He said "why - I'm answering every question already". I replied that he hadn't let me finish any questions, that he was interrupting me every time I tried. We didn't even mind if the outcome wasn't as hoped for, but goodness gracious - a little politeness would've been appreciated. I had my business here once, but withdrew that a couple years ago - now I remember why. The last place I'd want my money is in a bank where everyone seems stressed out all the time. US Bank - what happened to your customer service?

The tellers need extensive training in customer service. Customer Relations 101: Never address your customer(s) as "Sweetie" or "Honey." I am a middle-aged adult female and a professional. On more than one occasion at this branch, tellers have addressed me by these condescending, demeaning, unprofessional terms. During my last visit, I corrected the teller and told her to please refer to me by my first or last name. She disregarded what I had said, and called me "Sweetie" once again. So, I repeated myself and explained to her that it was unprofessional and condescending to use "Sweetie" and "Honey." How ignorant, unprofessional, and backward! From now on, I will go to the Palmdale or Lancaster Valley Circle branch.

Very poor customer service. Be prepared to spend a long time here. Tellers are so slow and don't care about wasting your time. Valley central location is much better

One entrance open only. Went to deposit cash earlier this morning and wasn't allowed to. Had to go back and physically go in to deposit cash.

I came in this morning for what I thought was going to be a simple, friendly transaction. I came in with my mom and not one of the employees, let alone the manager could even greet us. Since this pandemic, everything's changed. They don't make it clear where to stand in line, they have a large bar to separate the customer and the teller. Don't get me wrong, none of these things are abnormal protocol but it was the teller's attitude that put me over the edge this morning. I had a little bit of an attitude because I have short arms and could barely reach over to give the woman my ID and bank card. Instead of being kind and considerate, she belittled me and rudely tells me "this is all for our safety!" Then she proceeds to tell me in an elevated tone that she doesn't have to assist if I'm going to have a foul attitude. B**** u got me f***** up. I also don't have to continue being a customer of your specific branch either! I'll go to valley central's location from now on. At least there i won't be treated like a second class citizen. This branch should absolutely be ashamed of themselves for mistreating their customers the way they do! Im a nice person, you didn't have to be such a b**** to me just because I couldn't reach over and had to walk around. F*** all of you employees here and I hope you pretentious snobs who work here read this!
