This has been one the best local banks that I have dealt with. Ernesto Osorio was outstanding in helping me with the financial accounts that I opened here in this branch for our business and for my personal accounts. I decided to cancel Chase bank across the street, even though I was with Chase bank for over ten years and they never provided me with any benefits or help of any kind. On the other hand US Bank and Ernesto Osorio right away has helped me with everything that I need and will be needing. I highly recommend this bank to everyone in town. Thank you

There is a customer service officer named Diego who was very patient, professional and friendly. It only took me half an hour to open a checking account, which was very reasonable. I like this bank very much. I refer you to him if you want to do any banking

Amazing bank I feel safe all employees are the nicest people ever I feel super comfortable around them and they start conversations and don’t make it awkward this will be my forever favorite bank thank you USbank for the great experience

While they seem friendly in reality it is a false front. That is just part of the job and they do it well. They are just there to get a paycheck and actually helping a customer only goes so far. However when you have a problem they by order of the corporate office they are less than helpful. "WARNING", and this is true of all banks when you open an account with them they are more then happy to take your money they, by policy open an account for you with very little background check. They take your money - then do a background check on you and if they find something they don't like like a low credit score, even if you tell them from the beginning that you have a low credit score or something else they close your account with no notice or explanation why. Now your money is in there hands and you have no access to it, they delay retuning your money to you, saying "THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL". While they have YOUR money and are earning interest or dividends on it you get stuck waiting for them to return YOUR money back to you. AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. It is not in their best interest to return it because they are making money on your money, yet when you finally get your money back there is nothing extra, not for you, they of course keep anything they earned while having your money. THIS IS WRONG ! Yet they continue to get away with it just like the government, come tax time if you get something back you don't get anything that they got while having your money. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG ! There is no one that they have to answer to who gives a s+&t. It is against their policy to help you because helping you means that they would lose money and why would they want to do that they're in business to make money and by making money means taking your money and delay, delay, delay. I could go on and on but what's the point ? Nobody gives a s*** about the little guy nobody ever has, and nobody really cares about their neighbors. Do you know what it takes to get enough people together these days to actually accomplished anyting in fact if you have read this far I'd really be surprised and if you have maybe you're one of the few who do give a crap so I thank you have a good life and good luck because you're going to need it. Now I have to call the Federal trade commission and only being one person I really doubt I will accomplish anything so my next step would be to write my congressman which just gets filed away in the cloud, best regards to you. Worst branch ever, incompetent teller Yoselyn, incompetent teller supervisor Olivia and incompetent assistant manager Evelyn. ATM machines are always broken. It is to much competition to bank with such a terrible bank and deal with poor customer service. I was at the bank at 930 am atm machines should not be out of money and they should have an atm inside the branch. WASTE OF SPACE AND MONEY. CLOSE THIS BRANCH ASAP OR GET NEW MANAGEMENT.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!customer service I was a loyalty customer with business bank account but I had very bad experience with the branch manager his name is Andrew he's the most horrible person in customer service he close my business account and he don't asking for my permission first I'm so upset I don't recommend the branch on challenger and Ave J , now I opened my business account and Wells Fargo and I'm so happy I recommended Wells Fargo in the west side 40.W and Avenue L I don't recommend US Bank especially that branch I have the worst horrible experience!!!
