I went to the ATM to deposit $1100 and they didn't recognize my deposit. I went into the bank to talk to an employee and he said that he couldn't do anything to call customer service and now I have to wait 10 business days to see my money, terrible service

My experience was shocked went I went to make a business deposits one was from yesterday with exact change the one from today was change back of 20.00 back. The teller told me I wasn't allowed to get change back on business account. So I told her this was the first time I've ever heard of this policy and I have been banking for over 40 years and she told well she has been for 22 years I'm like I didn't ask for that statement I would have liked a explanation when us bank started this policy. BUT I decided to let it be it was Saturday maybe she was not happy coming to work today. Manager she was the one in the middle toubhad 3 tellers today 09 10 2022 around 11:50am

The branch manager there, the staff, are so nice. They really do try to help you. Staff is wonderful really, the branch manager has an amazing attitude and I feel it sets the tone and foundation for staff as well. Thank you!!!!!!

worst experience ever been trying to register my motorhome for over a year and a half and I have done everything they have asked and still will not provide me with a duplicate title so I can register in my new state of Alabama Hadib nono is nono good doesn't help does not advocate for you. I had to register my motorhome as non op in ca cause I cant register here due to us bank not providing duplicate title to register but they are still taking their money . so i cant drive my motorhome but they are taking my payment and that is ok for them . Time to move other measures to resolve this .

This was my first time at this branch. The purpose of my visit was to deposit a check. My wait time was approximately 5 minutes. My teller's name was Sylva D. Contreras. I handed her my license, bank card, and check. Her first question was "who gave you this?" My response was "The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania." Next she asked, "why did they give you this?" Thinking this was not a question I should be asked and have to answer, I responded "is this information absolutely necessary?" She responded, "Yes." I informed her that this was a 'back payment' from my unemployment compensation claim. She then responded, "and it's from Pennsylvania?" I responded, "yes."She then began to inform me that the bank has had issues with "individuals" passing off fraudulent checks similar to mine. I felt that that was not information I needed. She then informed me my money was being placed on a "hold" She handed me a piece of paper informing me a portion would be released on 04/06/2022, with the remaining portion being released on 04/13/2022. I placed the paperwork in my folder, thanked her for her time, and immediately left. As I left I couldn't help but feel I did something wrong. Needless to say, I'll be sticking to 'online banking' moving forward. My US Bank application has always treated me like a valued customer.

Went into the branch today to cash a check. I am not a customer but, the check I was trying to cash was from a U.S. bank business account. The teller looked at the check, then back at me and said, we don't have enough cash on hand to cash this check seriously, this is a bank right? Not a check cashing store? But, I can read racism what he meant was, "you're a blank woman, coming in here with a check way over a thousand dollars.. sorry and, I recorded the whole thing.. I hit record before walking in because, I had a feeling I'd have an issue

Like this bank but I'm losing my patience with them due too many mistakes on my account and even put me behind and charged me an overdraft fee thinking about switching

Worst customer service and they do not properly follow up at the branch or corporate level based on my most recent experience with them that has taken months without resolve I will never do business with them again in fact as soon as I resolve my issue with them I am refinancing to get rid of them for good .

My experience has always been nice. I left my bank (California Bank and Trust), when they would not add my new wife to my account, despite 6+ years with Cal B&T and great credit myself. We drove to her bank (US Bank) and had zero issue adding me to hers. They have been fantastic ever since and I closed my Cal B&T account as soon as direct deposit from work was transitioned.Since I've had another personal loan with them and a slight delay is expected as running credit and getting signatures are necessary. But this is a good bank with good service.

Very rude menager by name Benjamin M. Very poor costumer service,people like this should never work at the bank.This menager treat people bad,laughing at they face,unbelievable how this manager still there.....worst experience ever
