Charge for tape for amazon returns. What a joke. Amazon has a contract with UPS but this store charges extra when it should be free. Won't return here again.

Very pleasant employees even when I forget to come in they are always helpful thank you so much. Great customer service patient employees even when I look a mess they are still extremely professional and courteous. Thank you so much ?.

Akiah and the staff at this location were thoughtful courteous and friendly! I came in just as Akiah was locking the door and she could have very easily turned me away as it was closing time. She not only let me in to print documents, but was friendly, courteous, smiling. She was extremely kind, and did not make me feel like a burden at all! She made me feel valued as a customer and I will definitely return to this location. I’ve just relocated to this area and have now found my UPS!

Many of the employees work like dogs. I always appreciate those delivery employees. Wow. Many of them work like pigs. That's not a bad thing! Besides, I don't think pigs work. Ha! seriously, I appreciate all the hard work your employees put in. So when I go into any UPS store I'm always treated with respect. Thank you.
