I went to this staples a month ago. Im so disappointed with their drop off department. I had a package I needed to return back to Amazon it contained a ring camera inside. But when the box arrived at Amazon I was informed that it contained the wrong item. It had a fire stick inside instead of the ring camera I returned. And now Amazon is charging me for the item I supposedly didn't return. I'm disappointed because now im being accused of being a dishonest person .

All the girls in the printing area are so amazing and so nice I had an emergency with a lot of printing and they helped me so much no questions asked and were so kind .

Purchased and gaming chair and a 2023 planner calendar.. The cashier wasn't helpful, only doing her job, clearly understood. Long stoy short had a return for the planner as the dates were messed up.. The manager stood in the back ( i guess) and I explained why I was returning the planner. He stepped up and gave me the most expensive for a same price and the one I returned, which was less. I know this done all the time, but the way the manger handled it made me a happy camper. It's THE PRINCIPLE.. The entire experience thar day with the staff was outstanding 5 STARTS.

I needed some documents to be printed. I know that by coming over here, I will be able to get the job done. Upon entering, I went straight to the DIY printing machines. I was gleeful when I saw that the machines aren't busy. I chose one and did my business. Suddenly this gentleman came and stand a few steps from me. I told him that there are machines available and he said " I like this one, it has ledgers". Rude... I rolled my eyes and tried to do my best to finish things up. It made me uncomfortable and rush things. I was thankful I didn't made any mistake. Once I am done, I moved farther away from him as much as possible.

They have a lot of new employees working here with bad attitudes just miserable people and no help at all when needed very rude too! Miss the old crew...

I would suggest going somewhere else for your printing needs. Alot of time and effort wasted to get the proper prints that were ordered. They cannot do much to help you over the phone and we had to spend extra time and gas to drive back to the store to correct the situation. I can't speak much for customer service on the employee end as a friend dealt with the issue in person, but I can say thank you to the manager who I talked with on the phone. He was very kind and understanding.

Your manager at staples on 44620 Valley Central WayLancaster, CA 93536United States called me a nword and refused to give me printing service because Cass and Pula (sounds like she said perla at first) said they don't print 1 hour before closing. No wonder you don't want to pay minimum wage workers more.
