Today at Toyota of Lancaster the sales person Miguel Guzman helped me with my car purchase of my New 2023 Corolla Cross. He was beyond excellent amazing customer service. Being bilingual and speaking Spanish made my parents feel very comfortable. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us. Today’s car purchase has been the best experience in a very very long time. Thank you Miguel Guzman and Kevin for your assistance today!! God Bless you guys!!Karla Zavala ??

I had just left Toyota to hopefully get my dad his new truck but we left unsatisfied the customer service was terrible they were completely disrespectful, they don't know how to communicate & they tried to belittle us because we didn't want to make a deal that we never discussed. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone with that kinda of customer service.

Had an appointment for an oil change, was told 1hr to 1 1/2 it’s over 3 hrs later and I’m still waiting. If there were zero stars i would have chosen that. I would think the new management would be better but it’s worse. My time is valuable as well.

Nancy R. handled my appointment for an oil change last week. Her customer service is perfect. The service department had the vehicle out within an hour ( I did have an appointment). Very good experience on this visit. I have been going to this location for service for over 13 years and customer care has changed in every industry over time. Nancy displayed all best practices, knowledge and personality... and is just super at her job.

Went in to test drive the Toyota Corolla Hybrid before making the decision to purchase a new car. The sales people at this dealership are no pressure kinda people and I appreciate that a lot. Test drove a used older model Corolla hybrid and decided that was what I wanted just brand new (2024).Went inside filled out some documents and the new Corolla Hybrid is reserved and arriving in the next few weeks. I can’t wait to get it!Thanks for a fairly stress free day and for helping my family get into a safe reliable vehicle in the near future!

I was very disappointed in my experience last week. I went to get a quote for a replacement windshield on my vehicle. There was a chip right in the middle from a rock that hit it while I was behind a semi. He let me know that it was in the $700 range. Which I thought was great. I said "Good and that's installed?"He said "No it is $1000 to install" I was a little shocked to be honest. I thanked him and let him know that I was going to see what Safelite could do.He then proceeded to tell me that Safelite may replace the glass but they can't calibrate all of the cameras and sensors on it so I would get a warning message and they may not work right. I let him know that its a small chip and I wanted to see if they could just fill it. I thanked him and headed to Satellite glass. While at Safelite unfortunately when they were pulling it in the garage the chip split and I had an 18inch crack. I was upset but it was not their fault so I told them I would take it back to Toyota to replace. They let me know that they could replace it. I told them that someone at Toyota said you can't calibrate the sensors and cameras and I wanted it done right. He looked at me strangely and said "We have all the calibration equipment and do it all the time, we even give a 1 year warantee on the calibrations" Then added that one of the higher ups in Toyota was in town and they replaced the windshield on his Tundra and had no issues. I was a little taken back and wasn't really sure that I believed them so I set an appointment just in case and left. I went home and researched on Safelites website and it said they do all the calibrations and make sure its all working properly before you get it back. (I'm paraphrasing) Also I called the cooperate office (Safelite) to verify....then my insurance company to see if they would cover it and found out my insurance company uses Safelite to replace broken windshields and they also told me they do all the calibrations. I was floored. I can't believe that the service advisor at Toyota literally gave me false/incorrect info.....why? Was it just to secure a sale? It has to be either that or someone trained him that way. I do not like being mislead by someone when they are helping me. Sad thing is I have been looking for a second car and I have been to their lot looking and the car salesmen were all nice and helpful. But how can I really trust a dealership that would mislead me for money? My hope is that someone at the dealership GM or owner sees this and had a conversation with their sales advisor team and make the necessary training and advise them to be honest with their customers.Thank you for reading this I know it got long. Thank you if you made it all the way through.Have a beautiful day

Very happy with our purchase at this dealership. Ask for Andy Chavez, he knows trucks, worked a decent deal in this era of low inventory. We were happy and happy and happy to refer Andy Chavez. Sonny, the finance guy was great too. Better deal here than 4 other dealers we looked at, plus they had the inventory, not much, but had exactly what we wanted. We also got a one day move permit at the dealer, to take the truck to another state for registration, where the truck will reside, and they had the permit and knew what to do.

First time here and I was saddened to see that I received poor service experience in the service dept. Please check your cars before leaving always! Thankfully my husband is a mechanic and he noticed the issue. He's worked 10yrs in Toyota and has never left a clients car this way! A client should trust that their car is left better that it was or atleast as clean as it was. Please be more attentive to services and customers cars. We are paying for a service because we trust your professionalism.

Visited the service department with my new 2023 Tundra 3 times within the last month. 10,000 mile service, repair on drivers seat, and skid plate came off the truck while driving. Joe Garcia has been an excellent detailed service advisor and handled each visit like a professional. The service department did an excellent job fixing the drivers seat and Joe was all over getting me in and out quickly. The skid plate was a difficult issue, but it took less than one minute during my visit for Andy Rosales and Chanin Yescas to step and offer to make the situation right with me. I appreciate their willingness to be helpful and solve the problem. Honesty goes along way. Thank you all.

Mechanics need to be retrained. Had 4 bad experiences with them. 1st they stripped my oil plug and wanted me to pay for it, they then realized it was them who did it and replaced my whole oil pan. Then they scrapped the front hood looked like they didn’t use a protective mat when doing my oil change so they had to buff out my hood. Then I bought the 5 oil service used 1 went back for the 2nd they said their is no record of me purchasing the plan I didn’t keep the receipt but luckily I used a debit card and had to show them my bank statement of the money being taken out. Most recently my breaks were not done correctly they didn’t tighten a screw destroying my rotor because the losse screw had been digging in and the break coming loose the last month and a half. I drive the 138 every day from AV to San Bernardino. I’m highly upset.on top of that the Supervisor had the nerve to tell me it was just a small scratch of damage

We purchases a car from Toyota of Lancaster earlier this year. They pretended/acted as though the car was in great condition they lied. After driving the car for a week they check engine light came on for a major repair issue. It is though prior to selling the car they had cleared ecu data. I took the car back to them and after going back n forth to fix it, they charged me $1000 plus for a repair they should have paid for from the start. Now months later going thru this storm the car has some leak coming from rear window it destroying the headliner of the car due to this water because the back window is leaking.I don't recommend purchasing vehicles from Lancaster Toyota.

Update: after Andy helping us out, it was an amazing service! Gave me a full fill up instead of only $35. Then I got a call from GLADYS to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate them recognizing it

We'll I haven't had the pleasure of buying a new car from any of the local dealerships because of bad experience. My experience here was surprisingly great but the after sales experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Purchased a 2023 Tundra on May 11 and a couple of days later decided I did not want the extended warranty and was told that it would be cancelled and since paperwork is already with the finance company then the finance amount will be reduced automatically. We'll I contacted Toyota this week and was told they have not been advised by the dealership that the warranty was cancelled. So my financed amount hasn't been reduced. It's already August and I'm pissed off at trusting Toyota Lancaster with my purchase. This will be the last time I'm buying a car from them.

Dealership is great but their paintless dent repair guy is a hack. Bought a certified car and it had a couple of dents that their guy was going to fix and this is the quote from my 8 year old daughter. Dad he made the dents look worse than before. I’m not here to clown the guy but this isn’t the kind of work I would want to stand behind. You’re only as good as your last dent brother and what you did on the wife’s car is a pizza pie. No good. And drilling a hole when you could have pulled the panel back.
