“I recently stopped by after work, hoping to find a birthday gift that would resonate with my coworkers passion for the 1980s. As an avid collector of vintage items, I’ve invested a lot of time and money into building my collection. I have always enjoyed shopping at this store since it opened and have purchased many items.
However, my latest visit today left me feeling disappointed due to the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, the employees seemed preoccupied, sorting through comic books in the back. I stood at the front register multiple times, eager to look at comics and memorabilia, but no one approached me to offer help.
After waiting for a while and not receiving any acknowledgment, I decided to leave without making a purchase. It’s disheartening because I genuinely love this store and believe in supporting local businesses. I’m sharing this feedback not out of anger, but rather as constructive criticism.
Customer service is essential in building a positive reputation, and attention to customers can make a significant difference in their shopping experience.
I understand that it can get busy, and sometimes employees may be tied up with tasks. However, it’s crucial to engage with customers and assist them in finding what they need. A simple acknowledgment when they walk in, or offer of help can go a long way in making customers feel valued.

“I found the perfect gifts there for my family and was met with incredible service. They gave me a gift bag for the gifts I purchased. It was so nice and fun to walk out with them ready to put under the tree. They also gave my little one a free small toy. That act of kindness bought my loyalty and 100% recommendation to buy from their store. I've always appreciated finding vintage candies, fun sodas, pop culture goodies, but customer care is the best business practice ever and rare, in my opinion.
