DISHONEST PRICING!!!!! In an attempt to support local businesses I proceeded to take my truck for a p2565 code ( turbo charger vane positioning sensor) I was charged $1000.00 for a $300 part. 3 times the original price. Although the repair I requested was simple 1 hour of labor. The shop marked up the part 3 times with no justification! I had hopes of be able to trust this place as it was recommended to me by a friend. Unfortunately this was not the case. Extremely disappointed to have found another dishonest shop. Are there any honest repair shops out there?!

Super honest people! I went in because of my check engine light. The issue was my catalytic converter. They could’ve easily taken the job, but they informed me that I might have a warranty and help me get the help I needed at no cost! Appreciate you all at The Shop, highly recommend them!

The day I dropped my car off for a check engine light they were able to determine what needed to be fixed and I was told the car should be done the following day once they got the parts. The next day came and went without any communication and it was a Friday which meant I could not get an update until Monday. I got the same story for many days thereafter, that it “should be done today or tomorrow” 8 days later and after a very rude employee (Barry) argued with me and hung up without saying a polite bye, my car was done. Terrible customer service and took way longer than needed.

Asked him to start on the ignition. He told me he had to inspect the fuel pump I installed first, and I know the car didn't start up, so he replaced the ignition and guess what low and behold it started. I'm really disappointed, I don't trust mechanics anyway, but this just confirmed it. My advice is to take a couple of classes at the college and learn at least the basics.

Very honest and fairly priced shop in Quartz Hill. They were quick to get me a diagnostic done and price out what I needed to get done, which was reasonable as well all in the early half of the day despite them being busy.

Subpar mechanic work and insanely overcharges on parts (I've found up to 5/6x markups). Tries to upsell you on overdiagnosed replacements that could be easily repaired and sometimes downright false, misleading diagnosis.

This place is awesome. Had a check engine light on my f350. Called them and was told bring it in and we'll put it on a scanner and see whats up. Pulled up, friendly people. Found out the problem and repaired it. Definitely a place to go for gas or diesel vehicles.
