I had a really bad experience at radiator depot. The mechanics weren't knowledgeable of jeeps and the oil coolers. They wanted to charge us 800 dollars to change 3 hoses. We were told by our regular mechanic it was way over priced. They also said we had a cracked head. They were upset because we left so when I got there to pick up my phone connected to my Bluetooth on my jeep. Then I asked for my keys and they ignored me and told the tow truck driver they were in the vehicle. They had all 4 windows down. I didn't know my windows were down until I got home after following the tow truck and my stack of papers that were on the passenger seat were everywhere. I believe it was intentional there was no reason to do that because we paid for everything they did.

Got a quote couple years ago. Several items were on quote which was changed 2 times. Fix all or nothing is what was said. Over $1500 quote. I fixed myself for less than $30 & never a problem since. Beware!

Extremely disappointed with the guy that runs the shop from time to time and the head mechanic. Extremely dishonest. Shoddy work and theft. Very spiteful if you ask for a break on prices. Not sure if there is anything against the actual owner of the shop or not but these guys are deliberately running the place into the ground to the point that I can not recommend this place to anyone. They should be put out of business and arrested for theft of new parts in exchange for older parts put on, and theft of personal property. They prey on those who trust too easily and on those in desperate situations. Don’t be fooled by smiling faces and warm offers and invitations to accept their help. Snakes in disguise. It’s pretty sad when a customer has to warn people to never go to a place that should be trusted. Disgusting business practices. Absolutely the worst. What goes around will come around and when it rains down, it will pour.

Best Radiator repair ever. I arrived at The Radiator Depot with a disassembled radiator (due to another shops poor judgement, work ethic).
Cody helped me out immediately. He was honest and upfront about every aspect of the repair.
It’s so nice when you find a business that is truly interested in helping you. I cannot say enough about the Radiator Depot. I will recommend them to everyone. They go above and beyond. I’m so thankful I found them.

These guys did exceptional work and diagnosis on my toyota and she’s back on the road in great condition. From the techs down to the great cummunication from the front desk this place is now my go to for auto repair. Good job guys!

Words cannot begin to express how much I appreciate Cody at Radiator Depot!!! I had such a bad experience with another shop, so I decided to bring my vehicle to Radiator Depot and oh em gee I am kicking myself over and over again for not bringing my vehicle to them from the very beginning!! Cody went above and beyond for me to the point he put me in happy tears! I was driving around with no AC in my vehicle (in this AV heat!), plus getting the run around from another location to the point I took my vehicle out of the original shop (my vehicle sat on their lot for 15 days and was still not touched) after 1 day Cody not only had my vehicle diagnosed, but contacted my service contract, ordered parts, and got the ball rolling for me within a day! When the other shop failed me after 15 days, Cody accomplished within a single business day!!! Cody is hands down AMAZING!!!!! Bravo Cody!!! THANK YOU!!!! And thank you Donte for running your shop the way you do!! You hired one hell of an amazing employee, and I will be telling EVERYONE to bring their vehicles to you and you ONLY!! You have all not only earned my love, trust and forever loyalty but also my respect for life!! The feeling of being treated like a human is something you don't get from everywhere. Cody knows I am in the car industry, and he knows I do know about cars, and yet, this man still took the time to explain to me about my vehicle in full detail, and he took the time to make sure I understood what he was explaining to me! If you are looking for respectful employees, amazing technicians, dedicated ownership, then why look anywhere else? Go to Radiator Depot!! I promise you will never go anywhere else ever again! We love Radiator Depot! It has all the charm of a mom and pop shop with all the professionalism and satisfaction of a dealership auto department. I have trusted my vehicles with them for years, and Cody H. and Angela have always been extremely helpful in repairs of all kinds. They don't try to upsell you, in fact they try to keep your vehicle in top shape with as little cost to you as possible. I have loved finding this gem in the A.V., and having a mechanic I can fully trust. They are wonderful people and are a great business.

We experienced car troubles while on a long road trip and came to The Radiator Depot. When we explained that we needed to get the issue fixed and back on the road as soon as possible, they took care of us. Although they were busy, they diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got us back on the road in 90 minutes. I'm sure some other mechanics might try gouging us with an unreasonable bill since we were stuck, but The Radiator Depot did not. We very much appreciate their honesty and great work to help us out in our time of need. If we lived close by, I'd definitely go back and use them again when we need a good, honest mechanic. Highly recommend.
