I visited Target this morning to purchase a new set of AirPods. Unfortunately, there was no one available in the electronics section to assist me. After pressing the button for help and waiting for some time with no response, I decided to look around the store for assistance. I found an associate in the toys area, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. She quickly got what I needed from the back without passing me off to another employee. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist me throughout the entire process, including ringing me up in electronics, made for a pleasant shopping experience. Despite the initial inconvenience, her excellent customer service truly stood out.

I have not shop much recently, but I heard they will lower down the prices for more than 5000 items. I think it is good time and return to the store and check out the prices. Especially, if u have a red card, it saves 5% at any Target stores.

I wasn't going to say anything because I worked in retail I know how it is but the employees there are the worst, especially in customer service. I usually go to the one in Palmdale which isn't great but it's better than this one. I went with my grandmother to pick up an order and do an exchange and we had to sit there and listen to them complain about management and how much they hate working there, inappropriate. I get it but don't take your frustration out on customers, we literally cannot help you. I ignored that situation but my grandma was telling me today that she went this weekend by herself and the employees were just so unhelpful and the cashiers are slow. Management and the employees need to do better.

ILOVETARGET ❤️ but Lancaster location needs to do better . Not organized, they take to long to open barricaded products, floors look NASTYYYY. Looks empty half of the time. Maybe they need more security roaming around or at least 1 in every corner . And at least 1 person in each unit! I see a lot of workers but they never want to help you when you need a product that is locked. !!!!RUDENESS DEVERI.

Hubbie and I did some shopping here since we didn't want to go to Walmart. We hate how everything is locked up like Walmart and we have to wait so long in the aisle. The workers are always on their phone or talking when we ring the button. I wish they were faster opening the doors. Hubbie wanted Starbucks that's the only thing Target has that's better than Walmart. I would give this place a two but the worker named Marie made mine and my hubbie's experience better. Shes very happy and bubbly, she recommended multiple drinks to us. Hubbie and I felt bad taking our time deciding since she was alone and looked really busy, she was always patient with us, smiling, cracking jokes with us and made our drinks super fast after. She makes one of the best lattes I ever had at Starbucks. So shout out to Marie! Since this is the only Target in Lancaster it's easier to shop here than Palmdale, I hope they take down the doors soon and clean the dirty bathrooms. Then I will give this place at least a five.

For a Target, this store is rather disappointing and unreliable. The parking lot is super dark at night, there is always panhandling happening near the entrance, every cart I have used is noisy and needs some sort of fixing, many areas of the store are low on stock or empty, and the entire place renders my iphone useless-- no reception at all, not even to text/call from iPhone to iPhone. I am not from this area, and I've only been here at night a couple times so I don't really know what the neighborhood looks like, but this location gives me a sad feeling, like this store has been neglected.
