Terrible customer service from Hugo, who didn't know what to do, and with no help from their bald-headed supervisor (I dont know his name), they made the simple act of turning in a phone for a recent upgrade a complicated issue. When we called the T-Mobile customer service line, a supervisor confirmed that they dropped the ball and could've handled EVERYTHING in the store. I'll stick to Valley Central Way. I've been going to that store for years and never had a single problem. The guys at the L & 10th West store are totally incompetent and seem to not want to do more than the bare minimum. Seeing how they didn't even want to accept a phone that we were told by customer service to drop off, it appears that they want to do less than the bare minimum.

Victor was a great help telling me and my friends about exclusive plans that no other t mobile store had informed us on . This is the kind of customer service you should expect from an every t- mobile store . If you wanna look for great deals look for Victor personally .

Victor was a great help, every time we go to other T-mobiles the people are really rude. But he was very well spoken we understood absolutely everything he said and super patient i will definitely be coming back here.

So mad at this t-mobile me and my husband went in to ask about some stuff and get our kid a phone and when our bill came we noticed a iPhone had been charged and activated on our account turns out the girl who helped us added that line and SHE had that phone so she tried to scam us ?

I just wasted two hours of my time at this store. Trying to switch one Number from AT&T to my T-Mobile account, upgrade three i phones and purchase a new I phone. After two hours and initially agreeing that there were no issues and just a scratch on one phone the lady tells me that her manager is saying it's a crack ... this store is literally tripping over dollars picking up Pennie's! They have no business sense and the manager couldn't even make sense of his reasoning especially when he knows these phones go back to the manufacturer to get refurbished

Horrible service. Black guy and the manager declined to help me because i didn't buy my phones from them and according to the manager i got my phones from a non corporate store. Since when does t-mobile allow discrimination?

I came in on 10/30/23 trying to switch my service I was greeted by Adam who had previously help my mom . He got us going and add it to my moms line after he had the switch going he approach another co worker to finish up he's work because he was going to the back. The following day we come to realize he put our numbers in opposite phones and here we are another trip to T-Mobile where it took another 2 hours to fix he's issue. I came back to T-Mobile for a 3rd time on 11/6/23 to return some items where we where told by another T-Mobile employee that he didn't even activate our watch lines and he charged us for a item that we didn't even get plus he told us they don't do activation after 5pm and their was a customer their getting activation at 7pm! Which they confirmed that's not true that's just " he's rule " very unprofessional and don't let ADAM help you! Unless you wanna get screwed over!
