I have curly hair & Ana does an amazing job on my trims, as well as my cuts when I want to go for a new look. She's also very sweet. The receptionist at this location is also very kind. I feel good about going here.
Requested style: I went from long-layers (about 3 in. past shoulders) to short layers (at shoulders)
Hair type: Curly hair. I had dyed my hair for about 30 years. I just decided to let the gray grow in naturally. I also stopped using product on my hair, except Shampoo & Conditioner. I went from a long layered style to short layers.
Stylist: Ana is amazing!! Not every hairstylist can cut curly hair well. In all my years of getting my hair cut, I've had a few bad ones. She does a great job. She also cuts straight hair well (my friend with straight hair goes to Ana & also thinks she great.)

I've been coming here for a while. It's very clean and the ladies are all very nice. I never had a problem until now. I got a stylist I've never seen before. I have short hair and just needed a trim. She butchered my hair so bad that I want to cry every time I look in the mirror and I'm so embarrassed to go out in public. It will take months for my hair to grow back to normal. Another stylist did her best to make my hair look decent. I really appreciate that. I do recommend this salon, but don't let Mary touch your hair.
Requested style: I've always had a short pixie cut. I just needed a trim.

Nice people .And they get wakk ins to when they can. Not like other beauty salons they denied you because you diddnt make an appointment.

TO THE OWNER YOU NEED TO GET PROFESSIONALS , THE LADY ROSA ARGUED FOR A LONG TIME WITH COSTUMER ABOUT HAIRCUT HE WANTED TO CUT IN STYLE .I SAID IF YOU CAN'T ,LET THE OTHER HAIR STYLIST CUT IT ,ALL THE OTHER ONE WHERE DOING NOTHING ,THE ONE THATS IN CHARGE ALSO CAME TO ARGUE , ABOUT THAT HE DOESN'T GET A CLIP , AND HE DOES ,BASICALLY ARGUING ABOUT STUFF DOESN'T MAKE SENCE!!!!!! AND MADE COSTUMER CRY AND FEEL BAD BEFORE EVEN THE HAIR CUT EXPERIENCE.

My husband went yesterday (04/26/2024) and Mary cut his hair. He asked for a fade with his hair longer on top, and she completely messed it up. It's a straight line around. He asked to speak to the manager and she just laughed and said "have a seat and I'll fix it in a minute" .. he waited his turn already she should have fixed it then and there. She came up so high on the lowest setting it's almost impossible to fix. And refused to get a manager.

Ive been here once about 5 months ago, Mary cut my hair and I loved her work. I was so happy to see her yesterday when I went back and specifically requested she cut my hair again. She is WONDERFUL, kind and very knowledgeable. She gave me the best experience and I look forward to going back soon! I received compliments on my hair and told my co workers to find Mary here she is awesome.

I moved to Lancaster a year ago and started going to Supercuts. The staff has always been friendly, especially Mary. She was the second or third person to cut my hair and we hit it off. Ever since, I ask for her especially and look forward to seeing her and catching up w her. And she always gives me a great cut. She has lots of years of experience and it shows in her work.
