The guy at the from did horrible on the clear coat, I wouldn't recommend this shop, I think they cater to certain people more than others, real bad business. Luckily I can fix my nails myself.

I asked them for a acrylic overly the nail technician decide on her open to put a tip then proceeds to tell me my toe nail was to short I’ve gotta a overlay multiples times at this place and today they decide they wanted to lazy talking about she has appointment waiting like I’m not paying customer , this is horrible services then they wanna talk a different language to each like you don’t know they talking about out

Worst nail shop in the av. I got a full set and a pedicure also got my daughter got a pedicure as well I pay $200 for our service. There was acrylic in my cuticles. There was also acrylic under my nails nail polish was all over the place. Every time I ask for them to fix my nails I was giving attitude. And they did not want to fix anything because they were already working on someone else. It was a very rushed job and will not be coming back to this nail shop if you want to waste your money this is the place

Do NOT come here!!!
We waited over an hour I understand the wait on a Saturday is inevitable but once I finally got called the lady who did my nail didn't know what she was doing! She made me bleed on basically all my fingers! She looked distracted and would file and kept going over the already bleeding finger!! If that was ent enough she did a child's job on my nails! She painted polish on my skin when I brought it to her attention she tried to scrape it off and cut me again and made me bleed again! I was so upset! Then charges my Daughter $60 bucks for a full set! Then she wants to charge me $50 for just a fill. She tries to justify the price by saying she put on a new nail for my pinky! My daughter told me the lady that was doing her nails made her bleed too! She hurt her while filing her nails because of how rough she was she said she felt very tense by her roughnesses! We went home and had to fix our nails on our own because of the horrible job they did! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at a nail salon. We will not be going back!

Very disappointed. I have been coming here for 10 years to get my eye brows waxed. Came in on Friday 1/26/24 for my usual waxing. My total charged to my credit card was 15.50. I paid the $5.00 tip in cash, and I x'd out the tip section on the receipt. Two days ago I happened to looked at my credit card statement and they charged my credit card $31.00. Apart from fraudulently overcharging my card I am just floored that they felt they would get away with it. I've notified my credit card fraud department and they have lost a loyal customer.

Cherry is amazing! I told her what I wanted but she seemed to intuitively know what I needed. I am soooo happy with my nails. I love this place! Clean place. Nice 80s vibe.

I recommended this place to a certain person they went today and the owner. Anna was very rude to her and her worker was also rude. They pulled her leg and the girl tapped her like if she was some kind of dog, very unprofessional, She basically wanted a ombré pedicure color orange with glitter and they did a horrible job. They lost my business and I will make sure that no one that I know will go there. I basically have been have been going to Anna for a long time and I never have thought that she was like that.
